Our experience with Dan - owner of KayakHub was first class. He is knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of our questions flawlessly, without pressure. He was kind and attentive. He and his assistant outfitted our Kayaks - 2 Crescent Crew models quickly and efficiently. He helped load and strap them into our truck bed with speed and precision, providing us with instruction to help us be extremely successful as first time owners.

Additionally, the straps recommended by Dan are perfect. They protect our investment while securing the 2 kayaks in every way.

We recommend considering a trolley to help transport your kayak to and from your truck or trailer then, to storage or to the water.

We took them out within 1 hour. The kayaks performed wonderfully. 2 adults and 2 children on each one served us extremely well. They tracked great, were very stable and paddled easily.

I've had a great experience dealing with Bob @ Kayak Hub this past week. I emailed back and forth with him on Sunday about a few of his Crescent Kayaks and decided upon the SUP+ which he had in stock, in the color I was looking for. I made the two hour drive over to his shop to pick it up on Wednesday and everything was ready to go when I arrived. His well stocked shop has everything you could need to kayaking and setting up a kayak for fishing.

I also needed a paddle and some straps, Bob went over the entire lineup of paddles and explained the pros/cons and pricing for everything. We loaded everything up on my car and I headed 5 minutes down the road to Double Branch to fish for a couple hours.
