Came for a pedicure. Overall the pedicure is good, not great. However, my issue is with the pricing. There are several printed price lists that state the various prices for their services. However, when you check out, the total you are given is totally different. When we asked about the discrepancy, we were rudely told the prices are wrong on the price list. This is something that should've been shared when we first entered the establishment and asked multiple questions about the different pedi options. The price difference wasn't huge, but as a business, you should update your paraphernalia and not treat customers like we are idiots when we ask why the price isn't being honored.
Update: Hi! Thank you for responding to my review and I appreciate this opportunity to respond. First, upon our arrival it was not shared your salon was appointment only. We spent at minimum 5 minutes discussing the various options, reviewing the prices, etc. Not once was the āprice inflationā or āappointment onlyā mentioned. Therefore, that responsibility falls upon you and the customer should not be reprimanded on details that they are not privy to. Additionally, I notice you made a point to call out the price discrepancy was only $5. Please note the dissatisfaction was not with the service or the cost. The dissatisfaction stems from the inability or refusal to accept accountability that when we asked about the price difference, as noted several times was only $5, it was made clear this is the price we are expected to pay regardless of the information printed. Again, the issue is not the $5 difference, it was in the response and complete dismissal when asked. A friend of mine who knows I am OBSESSED with the color purple told me she found a salon that I would be interested in. One day I took the initiative to go on their instagram and loved what I saw. I was determined to make an appointment. When I walked inside I knew this was HOME!! Kim was SOOO pleasant and kind. She greeted me by name and was very welcoming. I fell in LOVE with the cleanliness which is ALWAYS consistently CLEANED!!The salon still implement washing of the hands before coming to the station which I LOVED!.The. decor, the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. I feel like I am entering a spa every time I come. My nail technician is the amazing Keesha who I truly adore. She is the BEST I have yet to have. Sheās a professional at what she does and does it WELL. She is super kind and interested in her clients. As a nursing student my pedicure was a treat for me despite my stressful life and she always asked me how was I doing and gave me encouragement through it all. Hard to find that someone actually cares. I Bragg about my nail technician to ALL my friends and family. My sister and my co worker now comes to legacy to get pamper but this AMAZING ladies. So we came in on a promo text for a great deal, so I drove the 25 minutes to the nail salon and surprised my two sisters with gel x full sets, however we were in the salon for 4 hours. AND the Con really started at the end when it came down to settling the bill, since I prepaid $170 for all of us, I assumed the deal was done. It was to include 3 full sets and gel polish and two soak offs. They were being shifty and weird about telling me my total before I was going to leave. The manager of salon was assisting the front desk girl and the sweetheart nail tech(Tatiana) who obviously thought like wow how could she be charging this much extra. I got chrome and hearts drawn on, and my sister got French and stickers and my other sister got plain red. I figured like at most $15 for my extra and maybe $20 extra for my sister, they came at me with $65 extra! And let me tell you these claws are NOT clawing! My cuticle paint and several layers of polish are bulky and it looks like a wall thatās been painted over way too many times.
