Lennox Meat Market is so much more than a meat market. It's really a miniature supermarket with all the benefits of a large store and all the convenience of a small neighborhood market. I can't say enough great things about this store. Most notable is the fresh meat & seafood section with full service butchers. My go-to guy is George. Always quick to offer help and even free samples of the ready to eat products like cevice, guacamole, salsas, chicharones, on & on & on. There's a fresh produce section loaded with every fruit & veggie you could ever imagine. Best of all, the prices here aren't ripoffs like the small neighborhood stores. The prices here are the best! The place is a bit outdated, but seems clean. Unfortunately, when I ordered chicken breast the butcher grab them one by one with out gloves. He then proceeded to the scale where he touched the keypad detailing the type of meat. I can only wonder if others do the same when handling meet. This means that each time someone handles chicken they’re spreading all those germs and possible salmonella on the keypad for the next butcher who probably won’t wear gloves either. If that butcher is handling beef, wouldn’t that be gross contamination ? Correct me if I’m wrong, but I felt that their actions violate some kind of health code. First time coming here with my husband! We’ve lived in the area for a year now & are still choosing out which spots have the best meat… this place wins!!!

We bought meat for a carne asada, salsas that were made there, some chicharron con carne, pan Dulce, & coricos because I only ever get to eat them when my mom comes back from Sinaloa… wow bomb!!! Just walking in, you can see & SMELL that it’s clean & just the vibe in there is welcoming.

You know how some meat places stink? I know raw meat has a smell but some places just STINK. This place doesn’t!!!
