Generally speaking the whole store is great and the shopping experience is good. But there was one occasion that the staff--he/she/they ( I really don't know how to address him) was nasty. He is did not understand what I was talking about "I order from the internet and I need to do exchange to try on the smaller size." He checked and back to tell me the store did not have a smaller size. He asked if I want to check these items out. I stated it that I am here for exchanging and if your store did not have my size, I will take the size I ordered previously. But he/she/they did not hear me. Keep asking me to pay for it.
I said I already paid. I purchased them online. He continued this conversation for long time asking me to show receipts......I said I did not bring my receipt but I have email to prove. But the conversation keep going on back and forth. To make the long story short..... At the end everything straightened out but when I turned around and about to leave, he/she/they make a nasty face to a female staff right next to him/her/them.
Unbelievable....This kind of situation can happen in a good quality clothing store. I am really shocked by this incident. Is that because I am different race so as long as he saw me he shut his ears from me and assuming that I don't speak good English or what?

I went to pick up my order, but the lady at the cashier said can't find my order. After a while she said my order has been canceled due to it was ordered 11 days ago. I was so puzzled?? I didn't receive any email notification for canceling. Just because I was busy and unable to come in to pick up, they cancel my order. Stood inline for 20 minutes waiting for someone to check me out, the one female staff member stood at the desk on her phone “waiting for a customer to finish shopping”. After waiting for 20 minutes, she finally called over another sales associate to help check people out. After checking out the family in front of me, the woman leaves to go help another costumer that already has two other associates assisting her.
