From the start, she demonstrated a remarkable ability to assess my pain and stiff areas. Luis was AMAZING!! I am so happy with my experience here for MANY reasons. Let’s start with Luis.. I got lost trying to find this location since it’s on the side of the building and not the front. I called them and Luis was so patient with helping me find them on the left side of the building. He had me fill out a form as soon as I got in so he could see where to avoid and where to focus. I love that. He was an extremely great masseuse and frequently checked in to make sure the pressure was okay and did great at avoiding the areas I requested. He gets 100 stars from me! He also will customize based on your preferences. Focusing on the atmosphere and service, both are incredible. I love the massage tables, the furniture bins I stored my clothes in, how clean everything was and how nice all the employees were. I met Nina at the front desk and she was so personable and nice!
