Had a little outing with mom and decided to stop by this maze of a place on the way home. I stopped by here years ago and it has changed so much. I absolutely love the knives they have throughout the store and even bought a few. However I will not be back.

Yes the ladies were nice but I do not appreciate being lied to. I acquired about one of the knives that was in the back. There was no price on this said knife so she told me she would have to call the guy to ask him. So I walk to the front with her for her to call and ask. When he answered and she asked him his response was that it was 5.00 she was shocked with a slight giggle and was like are you sure ? Its the big black one. He goes yeah I'm sure its nothing speical and she goes alright. Then hangs up and turns around and said that he told her the price was 10$. Now I have major anxiety with confrontation so I just said sure and paid. What she did was wrong. Yes his price for the knife may have been lower than what anyone expected, but that does not give her the right to lie and raise the price.

Update - The guy did not raise the price like the lady said he did to the owner. She had the guy on speaker and not once did he change the...

Wow. What used to be a 5 star rating turned into a 1, because of their customer service interaction with me on Facebook. I was simply inquiring as a customer on their Facebook page and made a comment that their items would do well on eBay and they misinterpreted that as me trying to sell them some kind of third-party contract. That's hilarious! Having been in the industry, I had hopes of doing my own personal business with them as a possible vendor or just a seller of my own items, now down the drain.

Before I could even try to fix this misunderstanding, they BLOCK ME on Facebook which is just downright immature and rude to a new customer.

The staff that helped me check out were very nice, but whoever owns this or is their social media manager is definitely something else. No thank you.
