Let me just start off by saying Miller has an excellent business model here. The appointment approach really makes the buying of a mattress really personal, and catered to you. My wife and I set up an appointment and headed over to see him during our lunch hour. We came in knowing only the size we needed and not much else. Miller allowed us to lay on a variety of mattresses which let me just add, he has an impressive inventory in a number of sizes. The wife and I agreed on one we liked and worked with what we were willing to spend. Super easy process, we were in and out with a brand new mattress, in less than 30 minutes, and mattress technology has come a long way, so much so that our hybrid king mattress fit in the back of our Camry in its vacuum sealed packaging. At no point did he try to upsell us or get us to buy something we were not comfortable spending our money on. He did offer his $40 down payment plan, but I declined simply because I had the cash ready to go. I would definitely buy another mattress from him, he has earned a customer for the next time I need...

Came across this place on FB Marketplace then several times on my timeline. Let me start by saying that Miller is an absolute joy to work with, he knows his stuff, has great inventory and is very personable, professional and courteous! He literally delivered our mattress within an hour of us purchasing it! We received the frame and set it up over the weekend. It sleeps GREAT, was a great value and we will definitely keep him in mind for future mattress purchases!

The only slight downside is the financing company he uses, Koalafi; not him or his product specifically. They advertise "No Credit Needed" but they do run a credit check, they need to be more honest and forthright with their customers. We're taking advantage of the 90 days same as cash option and paying them off ASAP! This is in no way a reflection of Miller, the next time we purchase a mattress, we'll put it on our credit card, pay cash or something.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, but wasn’t too sure how to explain it, but within 10 mins of explaining my old mattress and how I wanted the new one to feel, I was set on the one I wanted. Upon entry, I was greeted with the type of energy you get when you haven’t seen family in a long time. Most people in sales will allow you to walk out the door with something you’re not even 100% sure on, but Miller made sure I didn’t rush my decision. I haven’t slept like this in a very long time. First night with the mattress I overslept an hour for work and I have the time stamp to prove it. It’s one thing to be sold something, but it’s another for someone to give you OPTIONS and allow you to pick what you’ll have to go home with. Fact is, you can’t beat the price and you can not fake customer service! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars because it definitely exceeds it!! Will find a reason to shop...
