Touchdown Wings at Sugarloaf — Restaurant in Georgia

I called and ordered 30 wings, half hot and half honey garlic, extra extra crispy. When I got to the restaurant, my wings were wrong, and they weren’t crispy enough. The manager argued with me and told me that my wings were crispy, and I told her they weren’t and that when I looked at it, the skin was still moving. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me that my wings were crispy and wanted to give me my wings just like that. I told her I was the customer and that if she could please make the wings, how I would like it, I would appreciate it, and she informed me again that my wings were crispy, so I asked for a refund. I have been coming to this restaurant for years, and this was The worst experience I’ve ever had. I will not be going back. I will be going to Touchdown Wings...

Please do NOT eat here, Uber eats, anything. I don’t ever leave reviews but Touchdown at Sugarloaf tried to cover up the fact that their drink/ice machines are contaminated and had wrong Lid sizes for every single drink provided. Someone in my family passed out at work the following day we ordered from here and had major stomach and bloating issues due to the consumption of their drink and wings. The reviewer below me mentioned they failed their health inspection! Do not come here if you care about you and your family/friends health. Management is troubled and the health department is 100% aware of the harm their food has caused us. I don’t know how long this place will operate but I advise watching out and eating...

I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak combo with fries and honey lemon pepper wings. I was not a fan of the wings...at all😒👎🏿 Mainly because the wings had absolutely NO lemon pepper seasoning on them! 🤨 They were just sweet, that's it, not much flavor to them. Obviously, the cook didn't give 🅰️ 🅿️huck!🙄 Even sprinkling on some of the lemon pepper seasoning at the counter didn't help. However, the Philly Cheesesteak was pretty good, bread-to-meat-ratio was good, and flavor was on point. The fries are basic flash frozen out of the bag fries🍟.
