I ordered take out, and the service was fine. Polite on the phone and polite in person. Cant speak for sitting in so it wouldn’t be fair to give 5 stars.
Food was meh, at least for the lomo saltado, jalea and ceviche mixto. It’s one of those moments where the flavor is almost there, but it’s not quite right. The fish hadn’t cooked in the lime long enough, and they used a cut that I don’t think was right for ceviche. I asked to spicy to on the side and did not get that. So maybe that’s why the ceviche wasn’t very tasty either. The lomo was okay, not enough sauce and the meat was chewy/over cooked. I’m used to the fries also being smothered in sauce, because these were dry. The flavor was okay, just hard to appreciate through the tough texture. The jalea, first of all $35 was a crime for the quantity. The breading wasn’t quite fried enough so it got soggy. No problem; popped it in the air fryer, but the flavor was bland. Without the sauce; it’s just fish in breading. I really wanted to love this place because it’s so much closer than my go-to place. Looks like I’ll be making the...
Read moreQuechuas Peru Restaurant provided me with a mixed dining experience that left me with both positive and negative impressions. The ambiance of the restaurant was basic, lacking any distinct flair, but it somehow added to its charm. While some of the dishes were decent, it was the Leche de Tigre that truly stole the show - its taste was exceptional, leaving a lasting impression that I highly recommend. On the flip side, the tequeños were a letdown, as they were overly greasy, which overshadowed their flavors.
The service aspect at Quechuas Peru Restaurant was another aspect that left something to be desired. The server's demeanor was not as warm or welcoming as one would hope for, which slightly dampened the overall experience. Despite this, the food quality and the inviting atmosphere managed to salvage the visit, ensuring that I still had a pleasant time overall at the restaurant. If you're looking to try something unique like the Leche de Tigre, I would recommend a visit, but perhaps steer clear of...

Great! Have been coming back off and 9n since the original review and have given it five stars. Lomo was very good and the Tallarin was fantastic.
Spoke with Chef and we will try something off menu next time...

Wonderful Pollo a la brasa and crema volteada.
The salsas at a restaurant like this are crucial and, while they were good, seemed to be just off point. Could certainly be my palate; place was doing a good amount of business in the short time we were there to carry out.
Salad was good, straight forward, fresh, and cold.
The fries... well, there were enough of them, which was fantastic, and to be fair, I didn't ask them to be fried longer and made crispy, but by the time they made it home, had to pop them into the air frier.
Loved the staff. Loved the space. This was just a first visit, so we will see how other dishes...
