Model City branch is located somewhere between Liberty City and Brownsville. It is housed inside Joseph Caleb Center.

The locals are nice. The library is calm and the staff are great. You can pay your water bill and drop off your library books inside the same building (different sides of the building not the same room).

There are two entrances. The second entrance is right off of 54th Street. Its a few steps away from the 54 bus stop headed to Hialeah.

This library is nice and staff are friendly but there are some people that come and make all type of noise and screaming on the phone, there should be some soft of security to remind adult child to be silent . The reason some of us come to the library is because we don’t have a quiet space anywhere else to study and for certain individuals to come here making all type of noise and putting there phone speaker on is very disrespectful.
