Do not eat at this nasty ass papa John’s. They are rude, illiterate and lack basic comprehension and understanding skills because they looked at this picture of this dry ass pizza and said they see nothing wrong with it.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience at your location. I purchased a pizza that was completely unsatisfactory—it was extremely dry, had no sauce, barely any cheese, and the pepperoni was burnt. It was frankly inedible.
Due to the heat that day, I walked to pick up my order in the hot sun. I didn’t realize how poor the quality of the pizza was until I arrived home and opened the box. I was understandably frustrated but chose to return the next day with a photo of the pizza to explain what had happened.
To my dismay, when I spoke with the manager, not only was I told that nothing could be done because I didn’t bring the pizza back immediately, but the manager actually laughed at me during our conversation. His behavior was extremely rude and dismissive.
As a loyal and frequent customer of this Papa John’s location, I am appalled by the quality of the food and the lack of basic customer service. I felt disrespected and unheard. This is not the level of service I expect from a brand I have supported for years.

Read moreI ordered a 2 pizzas and a cookie tonight. The delivery guy called me and told me to come to his car. He refused to walk to my door. The delivery guy gave me the wrong order. I informed him. He went back to his car. I thought he was getting the correct order but he drove off. I went to the physical store and ask to speak to his manager. She refused to come out to speak to me. Then the delivery guy called me back and says he realize he gave me the wrong order. I told him I'm at the store. I asked the store for them to correct my order.
