As some of you may have seen my mentioning in previous reviews, I am a single parent & sole provider for my household. Because of this, I am always in search of a deal OR saving money. So me and my boys don't eat out Too often because of the amount of money it takes to feed a family of 5 to 7. With that being said, I have come to the realization that ordering online & through apps tends to be significantly less than ordering by phone directly through the restaurants. The downside to such ordering that I've personally been subject to is paying for an order then not getting my food for different reasons. Well during the visit to this particular establishment, I had just had the visit from hell to another location of the same franchise just an hour or so before and not only did the previous checker's not fulfill my order after I'd already paid for it through the app but 2 or 3 of the employees, one of which was a manager, proceeded to treat me really badly and laugh about it. So I used the last of my money and went to this particular checker's and the manager was a complete gem. She was going to cancel my order bc they were out of hotdogs meaning my kids wouldn't have dinner for the night but she accommodated me to the best of her ability. She made my day. Read moreRead moreNEGATIVE 100 STARS....I live in Brownsville,fl next to this garbage place and let me just say ,they need to start firing employees at the Checkers down here at Brownsville Renaissance Center, 2695 NW 54th St, Miami, FL 33142 the worst fast food restaurant ive ever encountered, cold food...sandwiches,french fries you name it its cold.Drinks like soda are watered down.employees are talkative,and hold up the line of customers,while giving higher priority to those in a car instead of keeping an equal balance. so expect to stand outside for 30-45 minutes waiting for your order....yes even if you ordered 1 item, like an apple pie for $1, the employees have an attitude problem, like something seen in a movie, and because of the neighborhood, most residential customers are disrespectful, example....smoking in your face when you are waiting for your food, cutting in front of you while you wait and even if you complain no one backs you up not even the employees, and an ex employee admitted to me that when people start problems with them, they purposely drop the meat patty on the floor put it on the burger and spit on it and mix it with ketchup to blend it...and serve it. what can i do beside complain and not go ther...
Edit : Next day 12:20p Came back and the manager fixed everything and remade all of the food fresh ! She also had us double check before leaving ! She’s super nice and patient with my double order mess up ! Thank you
Visited last night & was the worst experience . I ordered my food at 10:48pm & had to make 2 trips back due to my order being incomplete and hard . On the last trip I complained to the on-site management about the food being hard & he argued and said he couldn’t do anything because we didn’t have the receipt & he couldn’t print another one due to it not being in the system anymore . The cashier ended up printing it off & then he turned around & said he couldn’t remake it although we had ALL the food with us . He claimed it was because it was an hour after we ordered . We let him know it wasn’t that the food was cold it was that everything was hard ! He still did nothing & told us to speak with the GM in the morning . Called multiple times & the phoneline is...
