Nike, you guys make it super tough giving Kudos to your employees. If you do not complete the survey on your receipt in 7 days, access denied!! Ugh, then it's impossible to find anything on your website to complement an employee with.
Anywaaaay, I suppose this might be the best way or only way to compliment an amazing, exceptional, intuitive, just on the ball, employee named Chris. He works at the Nike clearance store in Alpine, Ca.
This young gentlemen is what we old folks refer to as a "millennial". He is a young kid. I am sorry to say I have become pretty accustom to not existing in their world. Watching them take no time from their convo's with co-workers to answer mine or anyone elses questions. At the registers, never, ever do I see them raise their heads from their phones to allow me to make a purchase.
I had all but given up......
Chris, THANK YOU,. THANK YOU, THANK YOU. Your Mom must be really proud of you!
I was looking for Jordans for my most important nephew, with out spending a fortune. However, there were literally I think two choices in his size.
Chris had already swung by to check on me twice!! (What a guy!) The third time I asked about Jordans elsewhere in the store. At first he said what he had was out and we parted ways.
Hubby and I shopped a bit more. Bummed out we were about to leave, when what in the world!? Chris comes out with like 4 boxes of the raddest Jordans in my nephew's size or close to!!!!! I was speechless (ya right😜). We picked out the retro white and blue.
I just couldn't believe how much initiative he took in making sure we at least were given some options before we left.
Chris, dude I'm your biggest fan. Thanks again for an Easter to remember. My nephew was so happy that he is saving his shoes so they don't get messed up. He's been waiting a long time for Jordans.
P.S We also got 30% off for Easter.
Hoppy Hoppy gal...
Read moreWhile Hanging out with the family at the #nike store. We had the WORST #customerservice experience ever. We spent well over $100.00+ and the clerk completely disrespected my wife for inquiring with her to hold our items to purchase while we shop. Today I'm taking a stand and letting anyone know not to be assisted by Laura.
I normally let it go but when the employee disrespected my wife, my money, and then eye'd me down I decided to express myself to social media. The management didn't apologize, and attempted to hush my complaint with a well take care of it. Enough is enough. #iscustomerservicedead ?
At the store the management showed a complete disregard for my customer complaint. While in line we were rushed in our transaction to get out of the store. Meanwhile EmployeeLaura Beth Hoffman. Thought it ok to eye myself, my wife, and my children. So since I was prevented from speaking my mind there. I figure social media is a better outlet. Be it Retail or Outlet. Nike Factory Store at Viejas Outlets and Nike should value there customers to not allow employees to disrespect consumers. And furthermore not allow the employee to portray threatening posture, and furthermore management should allow consumers to voice concerns. Calm or agitated. No profanity was used, no threats made. Just an opinion on respect for the consumer experience. #sandiego #viejas #kusi #whomever. #customerserviceisdeadatnikeviejas. Ok rant over!...
Read moreBe aware ! Employees are not to grab your phone during checkout nor go into your settings when scanning a barcode. Today around 3pm a female employee during our checkout grabbed my phone when I showed her my membership barcode. Then proceeded to say “let me check your settings” took a minute then scanned my barcode. My brightness was already up when I gave her the phone. I thought it was suspicious but just continued without calling it out to not start anything if I didn’t have to. Left but then did my research and yesss like I suspected, employees are to not touch your phone nor go into your settings. I wonder what she did on my phone and why. Also my husband used he’s military discount and she stated “bc I used he’s military ID, He has to pay and u can’t hand him the money or use your card.” Told her we were married and she said “yeah, sorry.” Like the heck we are married he’s money is my money. Thought that was off the wall bc as a spouse I too have a military ID lol. I just let her do her thing but I think she was just doing too much. I still handed my hubby our money so he could pay lol Other then that the store was clean, organized and the prices were great!! Would’ve given 5 stars but the cashier was just doing too much. (Bought these Nike vomero 5 for $80 which is awesome compared to the $160...
