The lady on the phone yesterday was very rude and unprofessional. I accidentally made the appointment that same day instead of the next day. It was an honest mistake and my partner called to change it. The woman on the phone sounded frustrated. I was then charged another $20. I called after to resolve the issue. The woman on the phone was very rude and kept talking over me, she was even getting loud. I was already feeling bad about the mistake I made and that made me feel way worse.
