Purple - Houston Premium Outlets — Attraction in Cypress

Visited the purple store for the second time today. First visit was a couple of weeks ago just to do a little recon. Both times we were greeted by Brandon and this good man deserves a raise. He's knowledgeable, patient, welcoming, and kind. We asked probably a million questions that he was able to answer effortlessly and even encouraged us to try the different products to make sure we could narrow down what version of the mattress would be best for us. He listened to all of our concerns and definitely took time to recommend the best mattress for our sleep issues. Both times he broke down price quotes for two different setups we were interested in and wrote a note for me to take home the first time so I wouldn't forget. We also snagged a couple of refurb pillows which are awesome.

The second time when we walked in we were so happy to see him again as we were hoping to pull the trigger on a mattress purchase and Brandon is the sales rep we feel most comfortable with. We had another million questions and he encouraged us to try the mattress/frame we were leaning towards so we could make our final decision. We never once felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. When finalizing our transaction, he covered all our options and helped us navigate some last minute additions to the order. When we come back to purchase the next mattress for the guest bed, Brandon is definitely going to be the person we look for.

The store is clean and spacious with comfortable lighting. With the mattress ranking higher in the price scale, it's really nice to be able to test drive mattresses rather than buying blindly online. They also have older mattress models getting phased out at discounted prices plus a section to pursue pillows, sheets, and mattress protectors. My fiance and I have been eyeing purple mattresses for a long time but the model we wanted is just so expensive. We currently have their pillows and duvet (love them), and went in store to check out some sheets on sale. Cody was a great help and even informed us of a mattress on sale as a factory second (it was the model we wanted!). We went home, thought about it, and I went back the next day and snagged it just in time before an another gentlemen came back to get it. Cody said “hey first come first serve” and we got a great deal on it thankfully (sorry to that other guy lol)

I left with a king size mattress, waterproof mattress protector, sheets, another duvet cover, two more pillows, AND a gravity blanket all for LESS than what just the mattress would have been on its own if not for the sale.
