Today, my family and I had the worst experience at this starbucks. My mother, aunt, 4 year old daughter, and I stopped by this starbucks to order coffee and food. While inside rain began to poor down. To avoid getting soaked and possible sick we decided to stay inside. We noticed the tables and chairs were not available for use so we stood out of the way to wait for the rain to slow down. One of their male staff began to tell those of us inside that the lobby area was closed and anyone who had already received their drinks needed to leave. I was shocked at the way costumers where being treated. We decided to stay a little longer to avoid getting my elderly mother and 4 year old wet. This time a female staff approached us and asked if we had received our drinks, we said yes. She told us we needed to go because the restaurant section of the coffee shop was closed. I told her "as you can see its pouring down outside and we just want to wait a little longer for the rain to slow down" she said she understood but we needed to go. I responded "we are not using your tables or chairs we are just waiting". She walked away for a short while. Other costumers began to stand by and wait for the rain. The male staff member began to speak to everyone and told us we needed to leave if we had already received our drinks. Some people left including a pregnant women who got wet on her way out to find some shelter elsewhere. Short after the female staff approached us AGAIN and told us we needed to leave because it was unfair that some people had to leave and we got to stay. We left while it was still raining extremely hard because we got tired of being treated so poorly. We understand there are rules and regulations regarding capacity specially during COVID. However anyone with some common sense and kindness would understand in this particular situation letting your paying customers stay inside longer than usual would have been the right and kind thing to do. Read moreDO NOT GO HERE. They're outright mean to customers. This location is terrible, if I could give negative stars I would. Look, everyone makes mistakes and messes up orders. That's okay, those things can be corrected. Our drink order was messed up and I kindly told the lady that we ordered iced, not hot drinks. She turned around and said to the other barista "now this person wants their drink iced even though that is NOT how she ordered it" I said I'm sorry but I did order it iced. And she said ok well it's going to cost you more now. I said that's fine. The other lady got super snarky as well. When she literally shoved our drinks at us I said thanks and she just ignored me. The drinks were HORRIBLE. We ended up throwing two venti $11 drinks away just so we didn't have to deal with the staff here. They don't get any orders right. They are outright mean and rude and make you feel bad for asking for a correction and I feel that they messed up the corrected iced drinks on purpose. Gosh this place needs to be shut down.
Last but not least, there was one employee who didn't handle anything of ours. She handed a drink to a customer and said what It was. One of the rude employees mocked her, repeating what she said with a snarky attitude under their breath like a five year old. When the employee asked why she did that, she just rolled her eyes. HOW MEAN!!!!

Read moreAfter waiting months for this location to reopen after their remodel, they open. Looks modernized but very sterile but whatever, just need coffee. As I work in the mall, I routinely use the app to order ahead because I dont get much time to do anything else but pick up my drink. I have done this 3 times since they have opened and have not had a good experience yet. I know that they can be unexpectedly busy so I always alow at least 10 minutes after the app suggested times for my order to be ready. All 3 times now, my drink is never ready. It's never been busy so my observations have been extreemly slow baristas that would rather talk then make drinks. All three times I have had to ask about my order. All 3 times there has been the same girl with the silly hat with cat ears. The event that had me write this review was that the last time I ordered, all 3 drinks were incorrect....after I asked about my order when I gave them 30 minutes to do my order after I ordered on the app. I noticed just by looking that 2 of the 3 were incorrect and had them remake them. The third drink looked okay but when my boss took a drink of hers, it was a pumpkin something that had no pumpkin flavor.
I'm just so done with this location for a while. Corporates to take notice that this location needs some help. I'll be going to the Kroger location down the street from here on out. They were amazing the last few months as I went there while this...
