I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Timmy, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. In a world where true customer service often feels rushed or transactional, Timmy managed to create an atmosphere that was both attentive and remarkably personal. He listened carefully to what I needed, never once making me feel hurried, and his ability to anticipate my questions before I even voiced them was something that truly impressed me.

Read moreWe’re kind of sad about our experience this morning. We came to the area to shop and eat we were in great spirits but our experience today left us feeling pretty low about our treatment. One of my eggs for my eggs Benedict was hard boiled (photo attached) we weren’t mad, we weren’t upset. We were waiting for our waitress, who’s name started with a J but that I don’t care to publicly out, to come check on us so I could simply ask for a poached egg on the side and another mimosa. 15 minutes later she comes to us with the check, says no rush, and walks away before I even get the chance to get my order corrected and actually spend MORE money on an extra drink- we never asked for our check. She didn’t come back out of the kitchen for me to wave her down and ask for a simple correction that I again, was not upset about at all. I’m not a Karen I’m not going to berate people I know it was busy this morning but still- I ended up eating the rest of my food minus my second egg and we got up to just leave, I was pretty sad at this point cause I didn’t understand. Read moreThis was my first time here and what a terrible experience. I put my name for a table for 2 and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. After 20 minutes I went up just to check where I was on the list. I was told only 2 people were in front of me which was fine. I then proceed to see 5 tables sat in front of me including a couple I knew came in after us. When I went up to ask what was happening, first I was completely ignored and then when I said excuse me and was finally acknowledged I heard the employees tell each other they sat the wrong people and deleted my name. I didn’t get any apology just had to stand around for a few minutes until they could find me a table.
The food and waiter during the meal were fine. But when I went to check out the cashier seemed to go out of her way to check out a person who wasn’t even in line. That customer seem shocked and even apologized to us that he got served before us. I don’t know why we were treated so badly or why we didn’t get a single apology.
