Quang Tran Inc — Attraction in Rosemead

My entire family has been purchasing sausages from Quang Tran since I was a kid and one of my fondest memories is eating the thinly sliced fried sausage my grandma would make for me. The sausages are sweet and can be used in a variety of dishes. You can eat it steamed, chopped and fried with rice, toasted in the oven, etc. I prefer to fry it until they're darken and crispy.

I actually never knew where they came from until more recently since they were always readily available in my household. It never occurred to me that a place like this would have a Yelp account since it's not like they serve you ready-to-eat/drink products. It surprised me when I saw some of the negative reviews because this place really is just no frills. Just great product if you're looking for legit Chinese sausage that's made with the best ingredients. If you're currently buying Chinese sausage from an Asian supermarket, I highly recommend you stop by and grab a bag of sausage from Quang Tran. They have 3 varieties: pork, pork with chinese, and pork with liver. Keep in mind the store hours & they do close up shop once they're sold out for the day!
