Rollingcrest-Chillum Splash Pool — Attraction in Chillum

Baaaaaaaad experience. How can they accept family with a baby if their changing tables are broken??? They have too family room and in both of them the changing tables was broken. I changed my baby on the little chair fixed on the wall beside the shower corner. It wasn't comfortable at all. The roof was destroyed and we feel cold when we were wearing our swimsuits. The big disappointed point is the temperature of the water. When we came we saw that they wrote 86°. When we tried the water it was cold. I went to the desk and asked them why the water it's not warm. They told me that it's actually 80°. I told them so you have to update. And this water it's not 80°!!! It's just cold!!!! My baby of 4 months was cold I didn't enjoy the swimming pool with her. My husband and our boy of 6 years old enjoyed it for 30 min maximum. Thry didn't continue because the water was so cold... The boxes where you can put your stuff are very small and they advice us to buy locks because their boxes haven't any system to be closed safely. 10 dollars by lock for a tiny box!!! We took our bags with us in the interior of thr swimming pool. There is no place to put your bags in the family room and in every family room you have three little boxes with toilet and a shower i tiny little open space. How could you share this place with other family?? We will never return again. When I complaint, the lady in the desk was calm and she gave me a card of someone in the recreation department of their county and ask me to write to them. She said that they already ask their department to repare the changing table and the roof and they never do that. She doesn't opologize for the temperature of the water. I came here for a pool party that my cousin was hosting the staff was very rude they were not polite at all, no instructions on where to go and what to do for the party room. After the party room time was up we went and set everything down near the pool entrance area and they told the guest and everyone we couldn't be there in a rude way with no explanation why. We got out then they blocked the door as you see in the pictures below so we wouldn't get in and had to go all around if we needed something which by having the doors blocked that way is could be a fire hazard to get out because it had the gate and a heavy trash can in-front of it. Later on a person was sitting in the area that we had been told we couldn't be at and i told the worker that was discrimination because he didn't tell that person anything about seating there and it was the same color as him not me. He said he can sit there because his dry and I told him I was dry when I was in there and told him to explain himself next time. It’s mainly two of the workers that are really rude a bigger guy that wears a blue shirt and a guy that wears a white shirt with a bucket hat. We will never do a party there again because they are rude and have bad customer service. They need to be train better and learn to be polite. My first time at this pool was July 5,2021 and I wish my experience could of been better! First, the lifeguards talks really mean to children and seems as if they hate their job! It would help if they were just a little bit more pleasant to the people in the community who supports this organization! 2nd, my AirPods went missing and I spoke with most of the staff asking if anyone had seen them or turnt them in because my location tracker was showing me that my AirPods were still at the pool! However, I tracked my AirPods for the remainder of the day and they remained at the facility all night and even when I checked the next morning. Once I checked the location of my airpods around noon, someone had disconnected the location from my phone tho theirs which means, one of the staff members now have my property! They left my AirPods at the pool overnight until they could figure out how to turn the tracker off! The manager said there were no cameras in the facility so, she couldn’t check to see what happened!
