Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maryland

If I can give zero stars I would I am never coming back to this location ever again. Third time eating from here and the first time i ordered no problem and the second time I waited 20 minutes and was even late to work and nobody was in there. Now this is my third time and I work across the street and this is my second time ordering online (carryout) . Yesterday 08/30/2025 at 6:53PM. I saw online that their dinner box was $19.99 I got the dinner box: two medium pizzas, 8 boneless wings mild, and cheese bacon breadsticks for $24.37 when I got there my order was no where to be found but the money was taken off my card. I looked on the screen but my order wasn’t popping up. The manager said they don’t sell dinners boxes but online it said otherwise and if you guys aren’t selling it then why is it available online? The manager didn’t even offer to make my food despite me showing her my confirmation email and the transaction on my cash app along with the cashier and then the guy going to saying it says pending, it doesn’t matter if it says pending it still took my money! I the lady printed out a paper with everyone credit card but didn’t see mines and I didn’t see it in the system either but they took my money though! I am 9 weeks pregnant and spent $24.37 on food that I haven’t received and then I had to spend more money on food for me and my baby and now I have to dispute the transaction from my cash app since today 08/31/3035 it says payment completed instead of pending. I’ll go to Wendy’s or pack my lunch from now. I wouldn’t go here unless yall want poor customer service, money taken without receiving food, and long wait times.

Update: it’s now Wednesday, October 1, 2025 and I’m still fighting to get my refund. Pizza Hut wants to give me free food instead of my money which I think is crazy but I’m going to get my money. I will never ever buy Pizza from Pizza Hut again. Even the manager on duty wanted to offer me free food I declined I don’t want food I...

The pizza was good.

The only 2 things that I don't like about this location is that they closed their dining room during the Scamdemic and never opened it back up.

I thought this was a restaurant not a carry out. I'm from the area and have been coming to this location since the 80s but seems like it has fallen off and are no longer customer friendly nor do they offer a place to enjoy your food. I drive all day and the last thing I want to do is go to Pizza Hut for a pizza and don't have the option to take a load off, sit down and enjoy my food.

This will probably be my last visit. I'm going to switch to Ledo's. At least they offer a friendly relaxing environment to enjoy your food and the pizza is just as good and for real, I would say it's better and taste fresher.

Lastly, the last few times I ordered from here they never included napkins with my order. I either have to ask or use my stash in the car.

I just, personally, see it like Pizza Hut is just about getting your money and get you out the door with the least possible accommodations.

Like I said, my family and myself have given this place a lot of business throughout the years and clearly remember how nice this place used to be.

If you're looking to buy a pizza and get pushed out the door, this is the place to go. But if you're looking for an experience, go to Ledo's or...

I simply want my jalapeños on the side and not cooked into the pizza and all of a sudden after my 25 years of life I can’t get something from Pizza Hut I’ve been asking for for over 15 years. Every time I ask for jalapeños on the side somehow it’s a new excuse each time and a magical new policy about why they can’t put it in the side and when I call to ensure it’s put on side the phone is always given to a manager to explain to me why they can’t do something very simply that’s actually harmless and has no logical explanation to why it can’t be done. Why is this something that needs to be elevated to management put the jalapeños in a cup and keep it moving😭😭?It makes me have to buy jalapeños myself and if Pizza Hut wasn’t as good as it is just for this reason I wouldn’t eat here anymore. I’m very confused as to when this became a thing. The pizza was so delicious and is so delicious every time but I’m very annoyed by this strange new persistent minor inconvenience that’s starting to become less minor and more major. I don’t want to have to keep buying jalapeños from the store to put on my pizza every time I want a pizza or have to go somewhere to get pizza altogether. Please fix this strange inconvenience...
