I would like to start off by saying... The staff at this store are very professional and have great customer service skills I really like their new salesman... my old salesman has been promoted which I think is very awesome and I appreciate great customer service because of course as everybody should know that that is what can either make or break a company. There's a couple of things that possibly could be addressed and worked on I have been a long time customer I've never missed a payment when financing. But each time that I've gone in it's always the same down payment I will add it is not a large down payment but considering my record with that particular store as well as my credit score which is on the high-end I feel that I should not have to make a down payment unless I'd like to do so. So with that being said let me move on to the other thing that they have changed which I don't understand why they would do something like that because it's convenient for the customer and that is I have always in the past received like a payment booklet in a sentence it was actually the payment slips for each month of payments that I owed which makes it very convenient. This time I received a payment slip in one envelope for just next month and they told me when I questioned it that this is how they're doing it now okay but I don't understand what would be an adequate reason for them to do that saving paper ink so I'm so for things like that but it seems if the customer would prefer to have that printed out they should be provided to them. As well I had asked the gentleman behind the counter I will not mention any names if he could please make me a copy of my sales contract, and I was told that he was not allowed to do that because I wanted to give a copy of it to somebody that was with me since they went in on this stuff with me they said they he could not give me a copy because the guy was not on the contract well it's my contract so if I choose to give that to somebody that's my prerogative and to be lied to blatantly when it was very obvious that she actually just didn't want to take the time to do it these are the things that needs to be addressed that I personally saw and found.
