Worst Sephora experience I’ve ever had. And I’m so shocked because I always have a good experience from the Columbiana store or Forest Acres store so I was like let me try the Two Notch one since it’s closer to me. Nope never again. Customer service was trash. I never once was asked if I needed help as you can clearly walk near me and see me struggling to find my foundation match. I had to go up to one of the employees and ask for a skin test and he proceeds to tell me that they only do it at the forest acres location, which is fine but still he makes it seem like it would be too much of a task for him to even try to help me and basically gave me a dry response and didn’t even ask if I still wanted help with anything else. Then the other employees proceed to talk amongst themselves even though there were other customers in the store who clearly needed assistance. Walked in with my sister and was not greeted which that didn’t bother me as much but what did bother me was that their was 3 workers in the store and NONE of them offered ANY assistance AT ALL. There was also another customer in the store that needed help and no one would help her so I offered my help to her at picking out a product to the best of my ability and the people who actually work their witnessed and still did not offer any assistance! I will be sticking with ULTA on two notch instead!

She became defensive and tried to turn it into a race issue. Her inquiry to me was, “What do you want?” I was there to spend money on a fragrance purchase but walked out rather than spending a dime at this location.
