I went into this establishment on 10/24 Sunday to purchase a strawberry limeade which is the only smoothie i usually get. I placed my order and it was not busy at all maybe 4 people waiting for their food and drink, time was about 1237 pm. I waited 20 minutes for one smoothie while i watched the young man, he appeared to be asian( stated this for management purpose only so they will know who was working possibly, he didn’t have a mask on either), play on his phone texting and calling someone while customers waited for him to prepare their drinks. Apparently he doesn’t know how to prepare the smoothies bc he kept asking another staff member after preparing the drinks what was the drink he prepared so he could call the customer up to retrieve. I watched him fix my smoothie leave it in the blender for five minutes to prepare other smoothies. Then pulled out his phone to text and call again while customers were standing there waiting. He then proceeded to place different smoothies on the counter where the pick up area is located without stating which smoothie was which. I knew which one mine was bc i watched this young man the entire time preparing the drinks. i walked up to the counter next to two other people who were standing near the smoothies and retrieved my smoothie while the you g man continued to use his cellphone. He walked around with no urgency whatsoever as if no one was on the establishment. Once i tasted my smoothie it was disgusting not much flavor and could not really taste the strawberries like i can normally at any other tropical smoothie. There needs to be training on proper customer service, and apparently how to prepare the smoothies with this young man. maybe if he paid more attention to what he was doing with smoothies and not his cellphone the drinks would be better. Read moreThe Conciousness of the employees and the customer base don't match. I entered the store and the first employee walk right pass me the second one finally said welcome after 5 minutes but told me to hold on and continued to do the trash while a 3rd employee was like walking back and forth from outside of the store to the inside back. So after about 10 more minutes of waiting 😂(this place is a joke) I decided to start recording (Yes Yes No excuses I have it all on video). After about 5 more minutes the second employee saw that I was recording and went to the back an got employee number 4 who came out with an animalistic type attitude to confront me about my decision and ask me why was I recording (take in mind it's 4 employees, I'm the only one there, and close to 20 minutes have gone by and I'm watching them walk right pass me to do other things,my order was still not taken but they had time to go to the back to get someone not to help me but to basically tell me put the camera down are it's gone be a problem ) so I told her I was just to see if everyone else agree that it's more important to do the trash first than to help the customer. That's when she got disrespectful and rude. I can't wait until more mom and pop juice bars pop up here in town because those type places seem to have better customer service and more knowledgeable about the product. I can not say the same about the evening crew! The first incident I had with them, after ordering each person behind me received their order before me, until I had to ask where is my food. The young man went on to ask me what did I order again. On a second occasion when I arrived today I was told they were out of the sweet potatoes. I took it with a grain of salt, and didn’t worry about it. I then got to my car and discovered my quesadilla was thrown together to the point of the cheese not even being melted on it inside and no bbq ranch or anything. Seems like the younger staff in the evenings just want to hurry up and get customers back out the door so they can continue to shoot the breeze instead of checking the quality of the food they are handing out first. A message to upper management, you may want to have one of you guys on night shift present or working at night to ensure the same quality given in the beginning of the day is given in the afternoon and evening.
