I would have given zero stars if that was an option but then I remembered the nice man upfront so here's two... got to Target about 9 pm spent 30 minutes filling mine and my daughters arms with new clothes as she's a pre teen with a new style apparently. We were rushing already bc I knew they closed at 10pm.. so about 9:30 we hurried to the dressing room to try on her new outfits where we were greeted with immediate eye roll attitude. "Mam it's closed back here" I was like wait y'all don't close till 10 we will be super fast I promise I'm not buying $200 worth of clothes without trying them on first.. the style department lady responded with "well we close the dressing rooms early" (insert another eye roll from her) my daughter who went from happy as can be to immediate let down had tears. I asked the people up front if someone could please ask a manager to let her quickly use a dressing room. The nice man upfront went ask asked her I assume bc he came back and said yes go. We ran and I mean ran in and out in less 5 minutes.. told her thank you and she ignored me so I replied a little louder I said thank you mam.. she says "no thank you".. this whole negative review got here simply bc of her rude attitude to my face.. if she would have said no I would have pouted a little bit but walked out the door.and bought nothing. However she said yes for that I thank her Very much until she ignored me right in my face.. my own 10 year old knows thank you is followed by you're welcome.. again thanks to the man upfront that took his time to walk to the back and ask for us.. and to her.. you're welcome for putting the clothes that didn't fit back where we got them from and causing you litteraly zero...
Read moreThe customer service at Two Notch Target is DEPLORABLE!!! I love Garners Ferry, Lexington and Harbison Target. They are amazing! I ALWAYS have a terrible experience at Two Notch. They do not believe in making things right for the guest. What happened to bringing joy through frictionless transactions to everyday guests? The cashier is supposed to be empowered to make a price change. Especially something as small as 20%. Instead she refused to help. Called for the manager. NOT EVEN THE MANAGER HELPED! She also made us wait. Called on the radio to others. Held up the entire line. Held up my best friend and I. Repeatedly said she didn't want to help us but would approve it. Seriously???!!!??? And then my best friend and I purchased the exact same item. When the manager walked away the cashier fought with my best friend refusing to do the 20% that the manager just approved. HOW ABOUT SOME BASIC LIFE SKILLS AND HOW TO TALK TO AND INTERACT WITH OTHERS? I say this for both the cashier and manager. They had some serious attitude problems...I will not be back. I hate it there. And you'll probably not contact me about this or even show you care in any capacity. Trust me, I get the message loud...
Read moreMy visit on Friday 04/23/21 between 8:11 to 9:22 was well worth it. I had a drive up that was cancelled because I was at the Harbison location and not the Two Notch location. I came from Irmo to pick up my merchandise which was cancelled, I tried to speak to the drive up and pick up associate. She quickly turned me away and told me to speak with guest service associate. I did and she was so so pleasant. Thank you Deavere for taking the time to go the extra mile. She still had to go to the drive up associate who cut me off half way through my sentence. Her response was I remember this order yesterday, which I was trying to tell her. Nevertheless she couldn't find and told me it was on the sales floor. Before I could ask her the location she walked away. So to the sales floor I went and they were not there, but there was Robin the beautiful sales floor associate who hunt them down which was still in the pick up area. I appreciate the associates who goes out their way to satisfy the customer. These ladies made it worth the drive and the hour wait. Thanks Deavere and Robin for doling your job with...
