I ordered online for door dash to deliver and the driver messed up and got my husbands wolf costume but stated she did purchase little red riding hood however, when she reliever our costumes my costume was not in fact purchased! How can you have a couples costume with only the big bad Wolfe ? I drove over to the store it was so packed and I was already supposed to be walking out the door and headed to our Halloween party . The associate being the counter could tell I was in full blown panic mode. The door dash lady by getting this wolf costume made it even more if a nightmare by her purchasing the wolf she failed to state there are no returns on these exchanges only . So itâs Friday at 4pm the store has a line wrapped around 3 times so the odds of finding any costume was going to be a nightmare never mind finding a couples themed and something my husband would wear lol. There was one Dorothy costume a size way to big for me but desperate times calls for desperate measures . And they had tin man and lion so I went with the lion . This wouldnât even be a choice for costumes but I am so glad he liked the lion because we definitely were a hit . And won Best costume . Even with Dorothyâs dress so big . Thank you to very pregnant associate keeping me calm and getting me out quickly ! Youâre customer service is spot on and much appreciated! I have never laughed so hard . My husband was a good sport . We live in Florida and wearing this heavy ,very hot costume and hair was at times very miserable ! Donât let him fool ya ,he had fun ! And really enjoyed enjoyed his tail! đ great costumes great customer service and...

Itâs that time of year again, and Iâm keeping my word. Iâll be ordering through HalloweenCostumes.com instead. Spirit lost my business for good. Yes, I saw the signs. Apparently âno exchangesâ covers different costumes, refunds, and my personal favorite... the mind-blowing idea of exchanging the exact same costume for the right size. Because who needs common sense when youâve got Spirit.... Iâve bought my kidâs Halloween costume from here every single year, and weâve spent plenty on all their animatronics and decorations. This year, I bought my daughterâs costume less than a week ago, and when we got it home, it didnât fit. I went in to exchange it for the right size, but they refused, saying no exchanges past a certain date.
I get it if you donât want returns close to Halloween, but just to exchange it for the right size? How is that fair? Youâre not losing money by letting us swap for what we actually need! Iâm done with this place. Next year, weâre going to their competitor. And Iâll be looking up other stores owned by the same company so I know where...
Read moreVery disappointing and unacceptable experience. My family and I visited this store and had approximately $300 worth of costumes in our cart. While my wife and I were browsing in one aisle, our children were in the next aisle with the cart. An associate approached them and asked, âDo you guys need help with anything? You've been here a long time.â They politely said no, but then she followed up with, âWell then letâs stop trying to find stuff to steal.â I immediately came over and asked the associate what she had just said. She appeared shocked to see me and didnât have much of a response. The associate in question, Sheryl, was later identified as the assistant manager. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was given a number for corporate. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when directed at children. Accusing paying customers of theft without any basis is not only unprofessionalâitâs discriminatory. Based on other reviews, it seems this isn't the first time Sheryl has acted inappropriately. I will be filing a complaint with corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. I highly recommend taking your...
