This is my third time coming to this place and I only had used the drive thru so I am giving two stars because the place from outside looks clean. Today I only came because I wanted to try the Impossible Whopper which i had heard was amazing and buy two meals for my kids and extra chicken sandwiche for my husband. The beginning of the whole experience ordering through the drive thru is long even tho there was no one in front of me. I requested to get the milkshake's for my kids meal instead of soda but the machine was broken so I changed it for frozen drinks but she came back and said the machine was broken too, finally I ended up ordering root beers for them, she came back again and said they have no chicken fries so I have to change the order again for the bacon king meal, the price didn't sound right almost $40 for fast food meal.... I finally pulled forward to the first window to find out why was so expensive, I stand there I saw someone inside but no one came out, so I pulled forward to second window to finally find out the whole ordered was wrong after I paid. I ended up paying for four root beers, two bacon king combo meals( one sandwich was missing), two meal chicken fries ( when she said they were out and those looks like kids meal) I didn't get the chicken grilled sandwich because they were out (she didn't mentioned this when I was ordering at the beginning) I ended up wasting 15 mins with this two girls who obviously have zero experience working on customer service they don't know how to take a fast food order on a drive thru, and one of them had a seriously bad attitude that just shows how much she hates to be working there, or how to fix something when they messed up. So its hot, its Friday and there's a line of cars behind me, I didn't want to ruined others people's meal and afternoon waiting for them to fix the problem so I took the food and left. what makes me more upset is when I came home to find out, that one of the combo bacon king sandwiches wasn't in the bag, that the Impossible Whopper is cold and taste awful, the chicken fries are tasteless and super small. Everytime I place my order I speak very fluently and slow to make sure they understand what I am ordering and they still have me repeat my order many times after each individual item. This morning I went and ordered a sausage egg and croissant cheese meal with a large coke and large hash brown. Normal menu price would be at most $6 the up charge I could see at least $8 and one three price French toast sticks which is less than $2 and an extra side of hash browns. I was charge almost $15 for all this food. Their math is not adding up, they are clearly over charging me for my food. I also didn’t receive my extra hash browns I ordered. I repeated this numerous times to make sure they understood. I think they know exactly what they are doing by overcharging excessively for their food and being intentionally forgetful by not giving you food you do order. This was not the first time this has happened. I have given this specific restaurant multiple chances to fulfill my food orders because I was thinking one order mess up maybe be accidental but when it’s every time I order I am completely overcharged for my food and they continue to not give me the food I pay for, I am done with this location. During my pickup order in the drive-thru, I informed the staff of my presence. However, upon reaching the window, I was met with an unexpected and impolite comment: 'Couldn't you come inside instead of blocking the drive-thru?'
With my baby in the car, I had chosen the drive-thru for convenience and safety, and this response was both unwarranted and unsettling. After enduring a 15-minute wait, I observed staff serving other customers through a back door, raising concerns about the handling of my order's hygiene.
I subsequently decided to leave the premises, feeling uncomfortable about the situation. To address my dissatisfaction, I contacted customer support, who provided only a $5 compensation for an order that had cost me over $11. This response fell short of my expectations.
