I got my hair and makeup done here for my wedding. My hair DID NOT MOVE it was so nice and definitely took so much stress off. It was hot and humid that day so I was worried but it looked just as good at 10pm as it did momentās after it was done.
The makeup was ok. I was very vocal about not wanting foundation highlight or blush. With that I obviously wanted the focus to be my eyes. I told them when I made the appointment, on my appointment confirmation and the day of that I wanted cat eye extensions as well as a gold pallet and showed a picture of the exact eye style I wanted. The makeup artist used a pink pallet, placed very bent wispy lashes with large sections missing which I had to ask to be filled multiple times, she also said she was placing a moisturizer with a ātintā on my face. When I looked in the mirror I had very obvious foundation highlighter and blush on. I also asked for a nude lip which she never put on(the lady at check out gave me a sample one to take with). I ended up washing off most of my face before the wedding and having to just deal with my eyes. The next morning I tried to remove my lashes which ripped chunks of my natural lashes out leaving bald spots.
I definitely recommend this company for hair but maybe think twice...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wanted to get in with Ashley, because she was the one who was recommended, but was booking into March. The friend who referred me said that I should be alright with anyone if she was booked so an appointment was made with Tori. I have an inverted stacked bob. During this session she asked entirely to many questions. I have found through experience that this is a HUGE red flag!! We also spoke about Sylists who canāt cut this haircut and butcher it rather than saying āI donāt know howā or āIām not good at themā. So, back to these red flags! She was already well into the cut at this point. All I wanted was a shortened thinned out version of what I already had. Simple right?? NO!! I tell her that as long as my front is longer, the length of the back is very negotiable. The only thing I care about is not losing the points at the front and it looks good when your done. I donāt know what she did, but didnāt take any length off the points in the front and butchered the rest of it!!!!! I donāt even want to go back to this location to get it fixed and to be honest, Iām not sure it can be fixed! I spent over $70 for a haircut that a toddler could have done for free!!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been there three times now, and the first two times I received acrylic from Dana, which was fine. My third attempt, which took place today, was a complete disaster. I already had acrylics on and wanted to get them removed so I could get a regular manicure and give my nails a rest. For first, not all of the acrylic came out or was removed, leaving a mess on my nails; second, when applying the polish, she made it clumpy and left spots without polish. And, since I requested a simple s and heart design, it shouldn't be that tough to make them seem comparable. They have no resemblance and are horrifying. I am not a nail technician, and to be honest, I could have done a lot better. And my french pedicure was her first, and to say the least, none of the white tips looked anything like each other. I have never posted a negative review for any business, but I am truly dissatisfied and irritated because a simple manicure should not be...
