Spent 20 minutes in line at the drive-thru. Wanted rotisserie but they said they had none so I had to change my order to original. Ordering process was so rushed I forgot to say only wanted dark meat. When I got to the window and inform the clerk she told me the order had already been filled and couldn't be changed. I never heard of a customer paying for a product told they couldn't have what they wanted. They took advantage of the fact that it was dinner time and I had a family to feed. Had I been more assertive I would have left the order there and gone somewhere else. This is not the first time I have a problem at this KFC outlet. The last time they sent me home with the completely different product and what I ordered. By the time I got home and realized it it would have been a half hour drive back to exchange it. I instead called the 1-800 number and the operator there was nice enough to send me a $20 gift certificate to make up for the issue. Last week, though, we ordered two large fries in our order, provable by our receipt, and received one large and one medium. Mistakes happen. Totally fine! However, when we go in, the employee at the desk was just not following the issue. The manager then comes over with attitude from the start. My aunt requested if it would be okay if we had the crispy and she said yeah but it would take another 30 minutes. Clearly she didn't want to do it.
