The Cosmetics Company Store — Attraction in Banning

I was pleasantly surprised today when I called the store and spoke with the store manager Denise Diaz who was the most professional and helpful CCS representative I have ever worked with. She took my order over the phone and made sure everything was correct and made arrangements to have an item I had been looking all over other CCS locations for shipped to me! They only had one of what I was looking for so I asked the girl on the floor if they had more. She said no. I get in line to pay and asked the cashier if she knew when they would be getting more, she responded saying that they just put a bunch more out. Ironically it was the same girl putting them out as told me they didn't have anymore. I was turning around to grab them as they were directly behind me and the cashier said I would have to get back in line. She literally had me finish my transaction then get back in line. Zero...
