I attended the R&B/Neo Soul Yoga with Kayndise. It was my first time trying out this experience, and I am so happy I took the class. It is a restorative yoga class so we held positions as the instructor stated messages that allowed us to release and detach from anything that we might have been holding in. Aside from getting an amazing stretch, I left the class ready to journal because it was one of the first times that I experienced silence in a while. I traveled from Montana because of the knowledge, expertise & caring commitment of the folks at this wonderful studio. My experience includes classes with Tiffany & Shy, a yoga certification led by Tiffany & bodywork (FST) with Tiffany - can't recommend highly enough. Immaculately clean, knowledgeable / intuitive instructors who care not just about the body but also the mind, soul, spirit. Haven't felt this pain-free (or joyful!) in years.
