My husband placed a mobile order for it to be ready by 9:10 pm. I arrived at 9:12 pm. I wasnât acknowledged in the chipotlane until 7 minutes later. A young lady asked the name on my order and walked away and didnât say nothing else. Another one came to the window a few minutes later and asked if I was informed that they were cooking my meat for my order and I told her I was not. I waited again and ended up going inside. They were in the middle of fixing my order (I clearly saw the lady fixing my food with the tickets on them) and tried to say my order has been sitting at the window which was a lie because I clearly saw the name on the tickets and I saw her hurry up and run the bag to the window while I was talking to the manager about a refund. So I did end up taking the food. I get home, open it up and itâs freezing cold. Iâm not sure why my food is freezing cold when they stated that they were supposedly cooking my meat fresh. The meat wasnât even AT LEAST warm. Itâs FREEZING cold like they just took it out the fridge. I guess the employees just wanted to be spiteful bc I came in to ask about a refund but THEY HAD ME WAIT FOR 27 minutes for my food. I donât think anyone would be happy to wait for an order that long. It was supposed to be ready at 9:10. I did not get my food until 9:37. So I feel like thatâs a good reason to be upset and ask for a refund. And for me to see the food freshly prepared inside and itâs freezing cold by the time I get home, which is literally 6 minutes away, is absurd.    Read moreI ordered food online for my family and the order was wrong in so many different ways when I opened the bag. First my burrito with xtra sofritas was very skimp. My husband ordered the same thing as I did and his was noticeably 3 times as large. Then we noticed my toddler didnât have her fruit or apple juice. Her chicken quesadilla was just rice/beans in a tortilla, no cheese or chicken! At this my husband went inside and asked them to fix the order and they did, though we did notice a few flags. First, one of the employees told him there was no more sofritas left, however another employee pointed right at it and proceeded to takeover because the other girl didnât seem to know what she was doing. So they remade mine, thanks. Also, when he inquired about my daughterâs quesadilla, the employee stated she didnât know cheese goes in a quesadilla. He literally had to coach her through making it to not put the rice and beans on the inside, but on the side, and put the chicken and cheese in the tortilla. Lastly, we never received my daughterâs fruit that shouldâve came with her meal. The employee stated that they donât âdo thatâ, even though I chose this option in the app. All in all, I would give this establishment a 1, but because they are young and this is probably some of their first job, I give them grace. Then, I kid you not, the girl literally looked at the line and went back to my burrito bowls and took some of the chicken off đł, talking about, oh I thought you said double chicken. I told her that was nowhere near enough chicken to be double chicken it was barely enough chicken to be a bowl BEFORE you took some off. I ordered three tacos for myself which I actually thought were made pretty well, (except for the second girl skimping on my guacamole) until I got home. How did black beans get on my tacos? At no point in my ordering process did I ask for black beans. Please find at least ONE adult to manage the restaurant throughout the day. It's a bunch of young kids in there just winging it and it shows.
