Fast food experiences can be tricky because as suggested in the saying, it’s fast! Often times, customers can feel rushed or receive whatever weight and energy the employee maybe carrying with them. A lot of times, it’s just not good. However, Ive been to this location in particular multiple times and I’ve always been so impressed with the customer service. The managers thank you (the customers) for being apart of their community. They greet you upon entry, converse with clarity and thank you for coming, often times telling you to have a great day when you leave.
However, I do think they could work on their wait times. More than once, I have waited ten minutes for hot fries or a biscuit. Like tonight, I came by to get a large fry and a large sprite. Even though I paid for a large drink, they only had small cups available. I would have appreciated if the employee lead with letting me know they only had small cups available instead of me having to question it. However, he made it right by eventually giving me (2) small sprites. An easy fix but my fries were also cold. I asked for a refund because I didn’t feel like waiting even longer and just wanted to get home. The manager, Eric, came over with such good energy and professionalism. He made me feel comfortable about doing the return and apologized Atleast 3 times. I really appreciated his hospitality and the way he handled the situation because respectfully, fast food employees do have an overall bad reputation.

Read moreI placed the order on the app so that a) I could take advantage of the offers on the app and b) so the food would be ready by the time I get there (I chose NOW under when I would be picking it up) and I could just run inside and get it. Once I got there, they told me the inside was closed (it was 945pm) and Id have to wait in the drive thru. ALSO this location doesnt honor the offers on the app and they dont accept Amex. (what national chain WITH THE AMEX STICKER ON THE WINDOW doesnt accept Amex??). So not only did I not get the offer I chose online, I had to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru and they hadnt even made my order so I had to wait another 7 mins at the window- as I watched the employee eat shrimp with her bare hands before getting my order together. Once I finally did receive my order, I was checking everything to make sure it was correct and she opened her window again asking if everything was there. I told her thats what I was making sure of and she had the nerve to say "ok cause youre holding up the line"... I SAT IN THIS LINE FOR 40 MINS. im not the one holding up a dern thing!! Read moreI cannot make this up, every 2 to 3 or four days I come out of my office that sits behind the Popeyes, and it is the same young man during our business office hours, rolling up his weed and smoking. I’m not knocking whatever his vices but this is a business and this is a medical practice and you’re leaving all of your stuff here when you leave. So that when we come to work in the morning is all over here. I have gone into your location. I have spoken to your managers multiple times zzzone young guy with cornrows and blonde hair and a short light skin lady with light brown eyes. And each time they look like oh we don’t know what to do. This is your employee you can’t tell him , this is not what he is supposed to be doing while he is wearing your work clothes. Our own security officers have spoken to him, and his only recourse and response to us is for us to stop harassing him.
