This trail is not safe. Do not go by yourself.
It’s overgrown. There’s litter. The path/trail is not well carved. The trail begins with six feet of gravel that soon turns into dirt and weeds. It looks abandoned and neglected. There are large trees that are leaning over the trail (in the process of falling). Spider webs cross the trail everywhere, which indicated to me that it’s not often visited. There are not many markers to indicate your location on the trail.
I was alone on the trail this morning, and looked into the woods and saw a man with a mustard shirt and black shorts. I removed my headphones and yelled “hello”. No response. I turned around and left. It’s not worth it.

It seems the trails have recently been cleared, with a lot of work going into moving fallen trees from on or near the path. The trails are very clean and I didn't see any litter on my recent walk. Also I saw more people out utilizing the trail this past weekend so it feels safer (I used to be the only one out there and felt less safe). Glad it's been kept up and utilized by others! To the point its a bit hazardous in places. Even the small Meandering trail that looks like it was intended to be very accessible for all capabilities is just an overgrown mess and anyone with mobility issues will find it it hazardous or impassible.
