
Not happy with 16-Channel DVR. Had the company replace a 2013 8-Channel to a 16-Channel, only to notice that it was used. Only reason we found out was because we replaced our cell phones and tried to link camera views in them with URL Code and were actually viewing someone else's house! The company servicey came and told us to use the code on the actual screen/monitor and not the one on DVR. Now, it's been out for 2 weeks (we kind of figured since the DVR would get super hot!!!) Even though I pointed out this fact to company, they claimed it was a DVR that was going to last a very long time. Four years and 3 months later...it's NOT WORKING AT ALL. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Especially because we were told from the beginning that the cameras for this System couldn't record. We have 2 REVO DVRs at our work place with both video and audio...have had them both for years and no problem there. Guess we'll go back to REVO. We were convinced that Toughdog Systems were the best...so much for that. What a way to lose almost $10,000 worth of...

And the service, let's not even go there, that's why we just stopped paying because the never came to repair anything. Calls to TOUGHDOG answered promptly but no answers to problems. My DVR has bad power supply and TOUGHDOG remote doesn’t work. During event playback cannot rewind to replay. Ground faults on bullet cameras.
