Its a strip mall. More parking lot than shop space. There's two upsides though; Shenandoah Joe's Ivy, and the eatery next door.

Would be nice if there were more amenities for the uheights community behind it rather than business catering towards the boreshead and farmington commuters.

More bike parking and pedestrians only outside areas would make this...
