Truc Lam Meditation Center — Attraction in Missouri City

Very peaceful energy, although my first visit as a non- asian person felt like a little racist. The master was very nice he gave me blessing I’m grateful for that. But while I was leaving I got their juice & the staff offered me ramen but since I’m vegetarian I didn’t take any I went to get the fruit plate and that ONE rude racist girl ( very short, black hair open hair ) denied me from taking the fruit plate, I’m in shock that a place so spiritual denies people based on race a small fruit of plate? Where is the kindness ? She told me to come tomorrow and said this food is for “chinos” only while I saw few people who came first time like me after the prayer got to eat the food ( mind you I attended the long prayer was sitting in praying for 30 mins +) So definitely felt racially profiled by her , because when other staff was helping me find information to meditate she told him I need an invitation to do so very rudely at that point I knew this person was behaving the way because I’m not Asian. Anyway I’m not letting that stop me to visit again I loved the peaceful energy prayers and master so I shall come back soon. I just hope they know that the people working here are not so kind after all, they’re selective kindness based on race in America is...
