It’s disappointing to see that Eve Furniture has directly copied product listings and content from Luna Furniture (please see attached comparisons of products from both websites). I was searching products and visited both websites. I noticed that after Luna Furniture added products from Furniture of America, Eve Furniture soon added the exact same products to their site.
This raises concerns about respecting the hard work of others. Luna Furniture has clearly invested significant time and effort into researching and curating their product offerings, and it is unfortunate to see this work replicated without originality or effort by Eve Furniture.
Professionalism and originality are essential in this industry, and I hope Eve Furniture will strive to uphold these standards moving forward.
UPDATE: Thank you for your reply, but I do not mislead; rather, it is you that is misleading. It’s important to clarify that the issue is the direct copying of product names, descriptions, and structured content uniquely created by others—not provided by the vendor.
For example, Luna Furniture added beds from A to M with unique titles and descriptions that were not part of the standard vendor sheets. Eve Furniture then added the exact same beds, in the same order, with identical titles and content. Luna Furniture has now added beds from M to Z from the same vendor, and if Eve Furniture adds these next, it will further confirm the pattern of replication.
Additionally, using the Wayback Machine, it is evident that Eve Furniture consistently added products shortly after Luna Furniture, mirroring the exact listings. This is a serious issue that reflects poorly on professional integrity.
It is also worth noting that another furniture store, Luxx Home Furniture, raised similar concerns about Eve Furniture copying their content. This suggests that such behavior may be a recurring practice, which is deeply concerning.
Luna Furniture may not be aware of this issue, but I will be sharing a detailed report with them, including the screenshots I have collected. They may wish to reach out directly to address this matter further.
I stand by my observations and will continue to highlight them if necessary. This issue will continue to be documented if such actions persist. Such practices should have no place in any business environment if a website is a service...
Read moreSure shipping was fast, however, they sent the wrong furniture. I had to call almost daily to figure out when and where I would get the replacement since they made a mistake. What was more frustrating was dealing with snippy people via email when I started demanding an answer to the mistake. They actually had the audacity to tell me that it's typical for customers who return merchandise to make arrangements and goto the nearest post office location and drop off the return, and they would make an exception for me and arrange a pickup. First off it was their mistake, not mine. Second of all, they never asked me my schedule and just assumed I would be available to fix their mess. Horrible customer service, don't...
Read moreTwo months ago we ordered a sofa, two loveseats and a coffee table. It was supposed to be delivered in two to three weeks, but today, after two months, our order has been canceled !!!!!! Every time we called them, they said it was ready to ship, but today they said it was too big and we couldn't ship it. So why did you sell it? We paid $4,000 and during that time we had to pay $1,000 for a replacement sofa to get it. Now we've lost $6,000 in a month. I'm sure all these five-star reviews are fake. Don't trust them....
