I recently had the most incredible culinary journey at Bansuri Indian Street Food, and it was an absolute delight! This place truly lives up to its reputation as an authentic Mumbai street food haven. From the moment I stepped in, the vibrant aromas and lively atmosphere transported me straight to the bustling streets of Mumbai.
The menu is a dream for anyone craving genuine Indian street flavors. I tried the Vada Pav, and it was perfectly authentic with its soft, fluffy pav buns and the most aromatic garlic chutney – just like I remember from Mumbai! The Pani Puri and Sev Puri were also incredibly fresh, bursting with unique and spicy flavors that hit all the right notes. Every dish I sampled, from the Samosas to the Pav Bhaji, showcased true Mumbai-style flavors, steering clear of the typical sweetish undertones found in some other regional cuisines.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Their passion for authentic street food shines through in every interaction. It’s also a huge plus that the entire menu is vegetarian, offering a wide array of delicious options. With plenty of free parking available, visiting Bansuri is convenient and hassle-free. If you're looking for an authentic taste of Mumbai's street food culture, Bansuri Indian Street Food is an absolute must-visit. I can't wait to go back and explore more of their...
Read morePav (just the bread itself) were good, but overall food was of a low quality for the price charged. Ordered vada pav and dabeli combo for $6.99 and they were just okay (forgettable). Quality is worth $1.50 a piece and not $3.49.
In response to the owner comments: Thank you for reading the feedback and responding back. Yes, please stay truthful to your motto of providing "Quality Food for Quailty People", especially at the price point you sell your food. For any food, "Taste" is the king supporting the premium and I am sorry to say that having eaten these two delicacies since childhood and at various venues, unfortunately I felt that yours was just not up there for the price charged. Would I pay $1.50? May be. Would I pay $3.49?, No. That's all. I mean who serves a good dabeli without a balanced proportion of "Peanuts" and "Sev"? Now don't tell me that you didn't do that. Also, a warm and welcoming attitude (without arrogance) will go a long way bringing in repeat clientele. The exact opposite will drive them away to the point of no return. If you want the business to survive start taking genuine feedback seriously and humbly rather than....you know what I am...

So now I understand why the restaurant is not busy. Husband & wife working them self do everything around. We try to attach 3 tables ourselves to help out to accommodate our 10 people with kids to be on same table and he shouted on us saying don't move the tables. He said get your refund and go as his rule was no table can be moved. I guess he never gets big family based on his service. All the restaurant in usa always joint tables to accommodate one family. We are In Hospitality business and also gujarati ourselves but still I think he is not real gujarati guy as all gujarati will never loose business and dis respect our customers. On short this guy was b**d And a*e guy. Sorry and I will be posting this same in all off our gujarati community not to give anymore business to this place.
