I use to love this place when Jose worked here. Lately it’s like the prices have been very unreasonable. After I left 2 devices to get fixed I was curious and called a place I use to go to previously and they quoted me 1/4 of the price that this business did only downfall is that the place I previously went to is further from where I live. When I called to advise that I changed my mind the counter rep acted like the service had already been done. When I arrived during the time frame that “his boss” was supposed to show up he told me he hadn’t arrived yet. But “the boss” came from the back room to give him the iPad? When he gave me the iPad he said that the rubber bands that were wrapped around the iPad needed to stay on the iPad for 30 more mins as if it was just installed. He also tried to tell me about the other device that he forgot or “didn’t know” that they do after market parts for the other device and still tried to quote me an unreasonable price. I also asked them to take a look at an iPhone XR that they replaced the screen on because after the repair the Face ID stopped working. When the screen was cracked the Face ID worked. He proceeds to tell me that sometimes the sensor gets scratched. So I mentioned so are you telling me that the person who repaired it scratched it? And he just brushed it off when I clearly stated that I didn’t open the phone. He just proceeded to say let me close this up for you. When I get home I go to use that phone and when you try to touch the screen it does not respond or is not detecting the tapping on the screen. I will never return with my business or refer anyone else here.

4/30/25 Edited to add - A copy & paste response that has nothing to do with the issue. Please steer clear of this place and go anywhere else. When I took the iPhoneXR back Eli the counter person and told him that after he put the phone back together it wouldn't respond when you tap on the screen he responded with I didn't do anything to the phone and said he would look into it tomorrow I asked for him to close the phone back up and I will take it elsewhere and pay for it to get fixed correctly. When he gave the phone back it wouldn't power on. I took it to the place that is further from my home and they told me that the phone was tampered with and needed a full replacement of the main board. And that it isn't worth completely replacing. Please do not get scammed by these people. Prices ARE NOT reasonable....

Brought them my MacBook because it wasn’t charging or turning on thinking they could fix it since they’ve fixed 2 of my other Apple products but little did I know. Took at least a week and a half for them to fix it then once I went home to test it did not work at all after they said it was fixed. Took it back to them and it’s gonna take a least another week to fix. I told them I want a refund and they can’t do that when this was an issue on their side. As person who works on there computer for a living this was unacceptable now after paying them almost $400 I have to go buy a new computer. They also don’t communicate at all they say they’ll call you and never do my original repair was supposed to be 250-300 and they never called to tell me there was another issue and they do things without your approval the reason I say this is because it happened with my other repairs as well. I took my son's phone to this shop to have the cracked screen repaired. I initially spoke to Eli, who assured me he could fix it. While the glass was replaced, the repair caused new issues: the face recognition feature stopped working, and the touch screen became unresponsive most of the time.

Despite giving Eli multiple opportunities to address the problems, the issues persisted. Frustrated, I eventually took the phone to another repair shop. Not only was the service at the second shop significantly less expensive, but they also repaired the phone properly. The technician there mentioned that the prior repair appeared to have been done without proper knowledge or expertise.

Since the second repair, the phone has been working perfectly, just like new. Unfortunately, my experience with Eli's service was disappointing and costly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Proceed with caution and consider other options for your phone...
