I recently attended a wine tour in Temecula on a Wednesday (summer 2022) with two family members. Service: Our tour guide Debi was extremely informative, helpful, and present. She took my party's photos, had a service-first attitude at each phase of the trip, and did her best to accommodate with my last minute request with photos. Cost: affordable for the value. For $89, I got to try a total of 17 wines: 5 from the first and 6 from the latter wineries. With the exception of one wine from Maurice Carrie (Pinot Noir was a bit stale), I loved the range and taste of my samples. Venues: Each winery had their own strengths. For savory treats, the sourdough brie at Maurice Carrie was superb. For service, Long Shadow Ranch Winery was the best (thanks Dave). For ambience, Oak Mountain was ideal. Transportation: it was a party bus with leather seats and air conditioning. 2 mimosas were provided onboard in-between each leg of traveling between wineries. Overall, I had a great experience with Uncorked Tours and would recommend it to family and friends.

These guys are amazing! I did both the hot air balloon flight as well as the chauffeured winery tour (they call it the Sky To Vines package). Truly an incredible experience I will never forget. We started out our full day adventure with ballooning with the sunrise. The views were spectacular and it was so peaceful floating over Temecula wine country. They even served us champagne to cheers our flight. Once we landed, we had some downtime before the wine tour and were able to head off for some lunch down the street at another winery. At 11am, we all met up to start our wine tasting tour. We ended up visiting three different beautiful wineries and were chauffeured around in a sleek party bus! Our wine tour host knew so much about how the wine is made, what we would most enjoy and even took some fun photos throughout the tour as well. I would 100% recommend this company to all of my friends. Thank you again Uncorked Tours for a truly unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back!

Oh My Goodness I cannot rave about this place enough! My fiancé surprised me with a hot air balloon ride and it was beyond gorgeous. I cannot say enough good things about our Pilot Josh he was incredible and deserves 10 stars. Funny, kind, patient, explained everything from top to bottom… so great. We did the 2 person flight and it was well worth it! The Crew Men (Jerry and Braden) were wonderful and kind and hilarious. And lastly, extra special shout out to our hostess Staci. She calmed my nerves and made me feel so comfortable. Such a sweet and great hostess. Very attentive which I appreciated. Things to know before you go from a rookie lol- Wear Close toed shoes. Bring another layer of clothing (coat, sweater, something!) Couldn’t hurt to wear or bring a hat *all winter prep. Happy Flying!

We met in a parking lot, which was fine. However, your tour is not private for your group, and that is not in the details. We, on the other hand, had the luck of getting another group of ladies who were awesome. That may not happen for other bookings. We were given a plastic cup (most of our names were spelled wrong) with a mimosa that the ingredients were just bought at a convenience store while we were waiting to load the bus. I feel that with a 20.00 plus gratuity for each person, the details really lack. Professional attire, at the very least. The limousine bus is DEFINITELY not fabulous or luxurious. It's pretty warn and was dusty n not very clean and had an odor to it. The music is not in your control, however on the ride back the host did take requests:) The bulk of our group felt we were being talked at(about all the dont's) I completely understand a briefing, however every drive to each of the 3 wineries was just what not to do rather than educated about the wineries. There is 1 appetizer given at the first winery MauriceCarrie(a piece of their bread), which was delicious. However, in their details, it leads you to believe multiple appetizers as it is written in plural form in the detail bio you find out NO when you load..The second one, Julie's Dream(i do believe), was not a good experience for any of us on the tour. We all just grabbed a table after the tastings and waited to load. Very dull and boring, the ladies there came off as if we were a bother in questions the group was asking in regards to the winery and wines. The wines were sub-par according to the group. I can not give my full opinion on the wine. I had 3 tastings 1 I bought the bottle, the other two tastings of their wine was discusting. The first winery(Mauric Carrie)) was nice, the wine was great, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience. The last one, Somerset, was the bigger one, we were taken into the celler area, told about the pots they use, and led back to the tasting area the winery is very pretty and the staff was very nice. The two wines were good that I tasted there( I was DD, so my tasting was very brief at all of them). There is a bulk of tastings throughout the tour, so that I would say was great. However none of them are private tastings or tours(but 1 room visit to see a cellar at Somerset). It is more like a booze cruise.. The staff throughout the drive were friendly and courteous. I think the group with the drinks, of course, made it a fun and enjoyable experience. Of course, with drinks comes laughter(not in all cases, but our groups yes) and the details go out the door.. lol, I think the pricing is not bad. You get a driver, a host, and wine. Our group each paid 95.00 plus 20.00 gratuity for a 5 hour tour not bad.. For us we are more down to earth( your probably thinking I'm not down to earth and i am picking, no just giving my honest opinion in the details, which it was fine at the very best for us, but if your looking for exclusive or upscale, this would not...

Purchased a Groupon for two people to go on a sunrise hot air balloon ride. The fine print and description of the experience was deceptive by not mentioning it was restricted to only during the week - which all they told me at the time of booking was they were “sold out” for the weekends, so I had to pick a Monday. I later learned they were not sold out, it just costs more to fly on the weekends so they do not honor Groupon vouchers for those days. When we got to the check in site, they advertised free pastries and coffee, but the only thing offered was instant coffee. We get to the balloon site where they took some awesome photos, but that’s where the positive experience ended. We were barely more than 100 feet off the ground for the vast majority of the hour we spent in the balloon. No orange juice for mimosas - sparkling wine only. We almost hit a house and fake deers plus we ran into a small tree - hitting myself and one other passenger with branches. The pilot was training with the “bartender” giving her instructions the entire time. I felt unsafe and did not enjoy the experience. We were told that we got stuck in a funky air pocket and weren’t able to go any higher or else we would drift too far from the landing site. I find that difficult to believe when there were a dozen balloons out and we were the only ones staying low to the ground. The Groupon also stated free wine tasting at the winery - Monte de Oro - however, we did not meet there and were not provided any voucher or coupon for complimentary tastings. Their solution to an entire balloon of dissatisfied guests was to offer us a free flight during the week again but we have to call to get it arranged. No number or name or certificate to refer to. None of us are local to Temecula and aren’t able to come back anytime soon. Not that we would want to after this poor customer experience and lack of...

So I can't speak to what their hot air balloon rides are like, because we never made it that far. Let me take you on a journey... This company's organization is a mess. They're impossible to get ahold of unless you're relentless. I bought a ticket voucher on their website but couldn't make a reservation through their website. You have to call or email. Well, this is really hard to do when no one responds to emails or answers the phone. I had to call multiple times before I finally heard from anyone. All weekend flights were booked at that point (be prepared to book MONTHS in advance if you're hoping for a weekend), so we were waitlisted. When they did schedule us, they requested a credit card number to have on file for "incidentals". I'm not comfortable giving CC info over the phone and let them know this on a couple occasions. I couldn't find a clear statement prior to purchasing the vouchers talking about any incidentals either. Like, what does that mean? How much would this be? I guess the staff member I talked to didn't like me questioning this, because she stopped me mid sentence and said they would refund my ticket. This turned into a whole ordeal where they called me back several times trying to back pedal and NOT refund the tickets. They eventually did but it was a mess. Just to make sure they got the last word, they put me on their "no fly list". I clearly do not want to fly with them after this, so okay. But even after all this, I still got another call to get me scheduled for a flight this...
