USPS Denver Bulk Mail Center — Attraction in Commerce City

I am a truck driver. I picked up my load from South Karauli on 28th July for Denver. I left from there and I reached Denver on 29th, Monday. I had to drop my load here at 12. I dropped my load here at 12:00 and they gave me another load. After that when I went to the office these people told me to come after 2 hours and I went after 2 hours. Then people said that?You please come again after 2 hours. Then I went again after waiting for 2 hours. Then they said that you have some package work so we are giving you another load but my delivery was of only these two packs. Two ladies work in the office. Their way of talking is very wrong. I should have put my point in front of them. No one listened to me. They spoke to me in a very wrong manner. This hurt me a lot and I will never come to this company again. These people speak their own things and do not listen to others. I felt very sad. After coming to this company, I pray to all of you drivers with folded hands.🙏🏻The way of speaking of these two radios is not good. There was a man working there who helped me a lot. But the way of speaking of the ladies working in the office is very wrong. Please whoever is seeing my comment, try to improve this situation a little.I also told them, both the women, that I am hungry. I will go out and eat. I mailed my package to Washington state on Monday December 4 from Colorado Springs paying for 2 day express delivery. It made it to Denver on December 5 and fell into the package in transit black hole. I contacted my post office on December 11 and was told it is in transit and to keep following my tracking number. Packages I mailed on Thursday December 7 same 2 day express delivery and they arrived on December 11 and 12. I’m told there are lots of packages but how did the ones mailed 4 days later get to their destinations and the one mailed four days earlier is in transit? Are they walking it to Washington??? There is NO ONE to look into this. It makes no sense. It is not acceptable! What is my next step? Do I continue to ask my post office to check? What????? This facility does not let you inside while they load. Like other USPS facilities. You leave your straps in the trailer. And they load & strap. Every other USPS Lets you strap. Well this facility swapped out 2 of my store bought straps. And gave me 2 of there’s. And kept 1 of my straps. Straps are to expensive to be taking.
