ZERO STARS. First my friend found a hair in wrapped around her shrimp and when we told our server she said she will get the manager which they never came out. Our server came back And kept telling us that these kind of things happen all the time which we understand they do we just wanted her to take the plate we gave her no attitude nor nothing just told her to take the plate. She then had the audacity to ask if we’re sure the hair isn’t hers like?? No it’s not! Then my fish was raw I don’t know if you can leave the fish in ceviche raw or if they just can’t cook just it was pink I thought it was salmon at first but no just raw! Don’t...

This place impressed me. I came in out the blue because I was working in the area, and I sure am glad I did. I had the whole grilled fish and it was done beautifully. The fries were crispy and delicious and the salad was fresh and had a nice tart dressing (maybe a vinaigrette of some kind). I was helped within 30 seconds of walking in the door and my food was out in 15 mins. I would definitely recommend giving it try. I would have to say that the 3.7 rating is a disservice to the restaurant and the public. Looks like a bunch of Karen's complaining about Mexicans from Mexico and the US are working and making the authentic Mexican food......

Was in the area and a friend brought us to this place. I liked that it was a Mexican seafood place as I'm Mexican, but the music was way to loud that the server had to yell for us to hear . We also had to yell at each other to talk. The food is way over priced and from what I witnessed they refill there liquor bottles with who knows what kind of liquor and charge you for top shelf stuff. The sushi should not be there unless it's real sushi. I'm sorry but a sushi roll with steak and chicken is not actually sushi. The waiter was ok but only came to our table once. I honestly will never come back to...

3.5 stars The place is good. A little pricey I had a stuffed pepper with cheese and shrimp, wrapped in bacon as an appetizer. It was very good. For an entre I had shrimp rancheros,,which came in a seasoned red sauce, that also was good. The chips and salsa were homemade and the salsa was spicy. The portions are big, I took half with me. The margaritas are good but expensive. This restaurant cooks a different style of Mexican food, Sinaloa region of Mexico. You should definitely give it a try, I'll be back for sure, I'll cut back on the margaritas.

We come to Colorado for a soccer tournament and decided to try El Coco Pirata after reading the bad reviews on google, our experience was very different. Our waitress handle a party of 20 in a timely manner. Food did take some time to come out but it was due to the large number of people in our party. Food was delicious we actually visited this place 3 times during our stay. We can’t wait to go back and try the agua chiles verdes again. Mi heladas were awesome as well

Food is excellent. Very clean place with nice atmosphere. Menu's are in Spanish and English. Very first Mexican seafood restaurant I've ever dined. Shrimp, calamari, octopus, fish, even Sushi are available with a very fine flair of Mexican spice added. I will be returning again . Average price per platter, $17.00 They do have a limited children's menu. (The picture is of their fried calamari appetizer. Hot fresh and very delicious.)
