Terrible experience i bought frozen kabob that were clearly thawed multiple times and looked like a blob of dough. I wanted to return it but I didn’t have the original packaging but had the product with me, and the photos. The nice lady recognized me from few days ago as she helped me with my groceries and we had a really pleasant chat. but the guy was absolutely condescending and kept arguing with me and tried giving me a replacement instead of a refund! I was mainly upset because instead of an apology they made me feel like it was my fault, I left the product with them and decided to just leave without my refund as it’s wasnt worth explaining them that they sold me bad food and at minimum they cash refund me money! But something to remember for a $10 item they lost a customer who was willing to buy meat worth 100s of dollars every month! Never...

Very rude staff . They don't have manners to handle / treat a customer . They have advertised prices for selling meat but they play a trick by putting prices before cleaning the meat. We bought 4 chickens two weeks back by ordering the chicken by phone and when I got there to take 4 chickens observed a difference of weight of 2 lbs weighing them for only 4 baby chickens . Being questioned , they informed that the difference of 2 lbs is due to the loss in cleaning. I wonder they are cheating customers in putting weight tags other than actual. Customers never weigh the chickens before they buy and they are being deceived . There should be investigation against them. Don’t waste your time or money here . Pathetic hygiene, no State certificate s displayed , No Halal certification displayed , ridiculously high prices, $ 13.69 / for 1 pound of chicken Thighs.. are you kidding me . No expiration date on perishable meat products, disinterested owners chatting away on cell phones while customers wait… very bad experience. Lots of local stores in area this one is an embarrassment to all of us . The MOCO health department needs to investigate this joint before it becomes the epicenter for the next pandemic....
