Tokyo Hibachi — Restaurant in Gaithersburg

Okay so let’s get started… The establishment was packed!! The employees were hospitable and greeted each customer, which is rare around these parts especially if you aren’t the same race/ethnicity. The wait was understandable, they were servicing their customers and making their money! I ordered the beef teriyaki, but the chef called its steak, which is usually beef but once I got home and started eating it, it was low quality. I didn’t like the texture, so I didn’t eat it. The veggies (cabbage blend) are supposed to be kinda hard from my experiences at other places, but it was way too hard, could have been because they were busy, not sure. But, with some yum yum sauce and the sauce available on the counter, the noodles and veggies were delicious. I wouldn’t mind supporting further, but I think the veggies could be cooked a tad bit more, as far as the steak, I wouldn’t order again, I’d be fine with noodles and veggies. Overall, wasn’t a bad experience and the price wasn’t bad at all.

Food is great here! Clean and made by friendly chefs. Reminds me of how they were just like back in Lake Forest Mall. Only difference is more seating and more menu choices! Their food is still just as affordable as before. Honestly, with this economy and the food still being affordable, they deserve all the tips!

Dining area is very spacious and wheel chair accessible. Both bathrooms are for all genders and are also wheelchair accessible. There is one baby high chair...
