I donât know why this place has so many stars. The staff is rude, management included, as soon as you make any kind of comment on your nails that they donât agree with. The nails are mediocre at best. They also have no problem yelling at you when they disagree with your opinion and instead of fixing the problem, they tell you that you can leave.
I went to get nails done here for the first time. I picked my color off the nail samples. I asked the nail tech to put on a few tips, as my nails had chipped. I was fine with paying extra but she said no I donât need them and she can make it look like the rest. I said ok.
Then as she is doing my nails with dip powder, I told her they looked light, it looked like a different shade, and I could see my nail through the dip powder. She said in the end it wonât after more coats. I said ok.
She finished, and my nails were different shapes (I asked for square nails), a light pink color when it should have been white, and I could still see my nail through the dip. I asked her to fix it and she instead brought a manager.
I told the manager what happened and she told me that my nail wonât look exactly like the sample. I told the manager that the sample I picked was white and instead I got pink. The manager said itâs because of my nail color and if I had a problem with the dip powder color, to contact the company who made the dip powder. She then continued to argue with me for the next few minutes as I told her my concerns. I told her again what I wanted fixed, and instead of having the nail tech fix it, she started to yell and said I donât have to pay. Iâm baffled. I didnât want free nails. I wanted the nails I picked. She walked away.
I then asked to speak with the owner. They told me the owner wasnât there. When I asked for his number, he magically appeared out of nowhere. He asked me what my problem was. I repeated it to him. He said that Iâm not paying for my nails so whatâs my problem now. Iâm speechless.
I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years. I have never dealt with such a rude owner and staff. If you want to have no opinion on the nails youâre given, this place is perfect for you. If you want to have an opinion, keep looking for a better...
   Read moreAWFUL!! Will never go to his salon again. I was given a gift certificate for the holidays and went in for a pedicure. My usual place includes the leg exfoliator at no extra charge. I asked the woman doing my pedicure if that was included and she shook her head yes and proceeded. Apparently she did not understand what I had told her. When I went to pay I was told amount was $35 instead of the $20 pedicure I wanted. I explained to the male owner that is not what I wanted and was not aware it was going to be any additional charge and he didnt care. He was not willing to be sympathetic at all. I explained it was my first time there and if the woman doing my pedicure did not know how to properly communicate then that is not fair to charge me extra when I was under the impression it was included. The owner did not care at all and continued to go back and forth with me before he just walked off and ignored me. Then his wife came up to me and told me I owed $35. I explained like I had told her husband that it is not right to charge extra w/o advising me, and they said they didnt have to explain that to me. EXCUSE ME?? Then the woman finally just let it go with an attitude and told me not to come back! Are you kidding me? I will never go there again or recommend this place. Terrible customer service and business and I have never been treated so horribly and disrespected by a place...

I called to make an appointment, and before I even told him what day I needed to come in, he automatically told me that he they were busy. And he has such a terrible habit of hanging up on his customers. I called again, ignoring his awful behavior, and hoping it was just a bad connection. However, he yelled at me for calling again, and in a rude tone, he clarified that he didn't care about my problem, and he asked me to find another nail place. It is his loss, because he lost a loyal customer. This is not the first time he's done this to me. No hospitality and no respect to his customer of 5 years.
