I just had a fantastic experience at the new Five Guys that opened up in the neighborhood, and I had to share! From the moment I walked in, the service and attitude of the staff were genuinely great. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and clearly happy to be there—it made the whole meal a pleasure. But let's talk about the food! The burger was absolutely delicious—classic Five Guys quality, juicy, perfectly cooked, and piled high with toppings. And the fries? Totally on point! Went for a pickup order. And the people at the counter were nice enough to ask me my name. I gave it to them and they told me 5 minutes after about 10 minutes. I went back up to the counter with at least 20 workers behind the counter and they asked me my name again like they hadn't seen me. It wasn't very busy and they found my order which had been sitting there since I went by the first time. Got my order walked out. Slightly disappointed that I had to wait. Food and fries were cold. I went to five guys this afternoon and let me tell you I’ve received some of the best service here than I have at many other places, I had to wait 30 seconds because someone was signed into the computer and he was in the restroom so as I am waiting the manager comes over takes my $21 order and completely comps it he said for the inconvenience . And then on top of all of that I ordered a small fry and they had to given me at least 150 fries in that bag. Absolutely great experience and I will be...
