We fix computers is terribly unprofessional. The owner, she is one of the main reasons I will never be back in that shop. She is rude, snappy, and has no idea what she is talking about or doing when it comes to electronics, period. I had my computer fixed at this place a few months ago in July and the tech was great, everything worked great and he was very professional and helpful every step of the way. I came back to get my phone repaired and it looks like the place only has 2 mediocre employees and a high strung business owner that tries to scam you into hundreds of dollars in repairs that I don’t think she even knows what they are. When I called, the owner was off for the day “Black Friday shopping” and didn’t seem to care when I received my phone back! She was too busy shopping to answer my questions and when I asked to come pick my phone because I was originally told it would only take 1 day, NOT 4, she got irritated with me and threatened legal action! What in the world?! They hadn’t even started fixing my phone yet, and they said 24 hours. So if I decide to pick it up and go elsewhere, they threaten legal action? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I could handle paying a little more for knowledgeable techs, but it seems those techs have been swapped out. I finally got my phone back, the camera isn’t working now... what a mess! The shop is seriously lacking in the knowledge department, rude and misleading, unprofessional. I could go on and on. Read moreLast week I walked in to this store and was greeted by a technician named Ryan, there were a couple of people in front of me, everyone was smiling and the pace was fast. I didn't have to wait long at all, the tech came over and asked me what I needed help with. I had a Chromebook that for the life of me I could not get any color to come up on the screen. I thought the entire thing would need to be replaced. Ryan took one look at my computer, reached over the counter and with three clicks turned off an option I must have clicked by accident, I think it was Contrast (not sure) and immediately my laptop screen was back to normal. I asked what I owed and they said nothing! I was blown away, and so grateful. I'm so impressed with this company and their abilities, they will always be my go to for any computer problem i have in the future. Any other company could have easily took advantage of that situation but they did not, and thankfully my computer is back to normal....
Read moreI have dell computer that had a dark screen and was beeping when I turned it on. They changed the mother board and gave it back after they had it for 2 weeks. I tried rebooting before I left there Lakewood Ranch store. with the same problem. then they changed the LCD Display. After another month and calling Joe the store manager who gave me the runaround. I got it back again, in the mean time I was to receive a refund for the difference of the mother board and the LCD Display. they said they would take care of it right away. when I called they said they would call back within in an Hour. A week later I had to go to the store to get a refund. by the way when I got my computer the 2nd time it worked for about 4 days. I got it going again by googleing the problem and told the store manger Joe. He said they wouldn't work on it if I couldn't duplicate...
