If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this location today with a friend. Upon arrival we noticed that the drive thru was very busy, and I was pressed on time, and had to be at work shortly. So we decided to go inside to place my order. Upon attempting to enter the restaurant we were surprised to find the door locked a little after 6PM, with no sign giving any reason as to why it was locked. This is not the first time that this has occurred, as this location is infamous for closing early. I then proceeded to the drive-thru, and after waiting 14 minutes I arrived at the menu board. Before I cloud place my order the cashier informed me that they were not excepting cash, and was card only. (Again, no sign anywhere informing customers of this) Unfortunately, I did not have my card on me, and had other cars behind me. I informed the cashier that I had exact change, and was only ordering two items (a burrito and drink) and that they could keep whatever change was left over. The cashier simply responded “No, I can’t do that”. After waiting for the cars in front of me to collect their orders at the window, as I was then stuck in the line, I proceeded to the drive-thru window where I asked the cashier if I could speak to the manager. After receiving a sigh and an eye roll from the cashier, she brought back a young man. I politely asked the young man for the store managers name. His response was “I don’t have to tell you that” I then informed him that I simply want the managers first name, so that I know who to ask for when I call, and again he stated “I’m not giving you that information.” I then asked for the store number, so that I could contact corporate. The young man then responded “Well, you can look that up online, I am not giving you that information” Obviously being met with such rude service, I looked to see what his name was on his name badge, but none of the staff appeared to be wearing a name badge (Isn’t this Taco Bell policy?). When I asked his name, he responded “I’m don’t have to tell you my name”. and then shut the window and walked away. I am not the one to ever complain about restaurant staff, or management, but this location has some serious issues! The last time that I visited this location before this incident, they messed the order up, and before that they were not accepting debit, but only cash, and another time, they were out of flour tortillas! The problems literally never end at this location. This was a horrible experience, and I for one will never return to this location, that in my opinion should be shut down, since they can’t ever seem to get their act together. I would rather drive the extra few miles and go to the location on 41. Better staff, better management, better service. I have notified the better...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru and ordered, they got my order way wrong. They politely said they made a mistake and took the incorrect items back. That's when things really went south. I waited for 10 mins in the drive-thru as cars started to pile up behind me. I asked if they wanted me to pull around so they could get the next cars in line. They said but they wanted to let me know the frier broke and that my chalupas couldn't be made. I told them they could just give me back the order they gave me by mistake, it wasn't a huge deal. I was told they already thru them away and i should come in and theyd remake everything. I did so with no arguments. I waited an additional 25 mins while they continually ignored my order and thats not even the reason Im leaving this poor review... the nightmare I witnessed in the kitchen was straight out of a Gordon Ramsey tv show. The manager absolutely berated 2 teenagers working as hard as they could at what appeared to be their new job. She was yelling at them, calling them names and thrashing about in the back like wild animal in front of customers waiting in the lobby for their food. I was seconds away from yelling back to the kids to seriously consider a new job because they shouldn't have to take that kind of abuse from fast food manager even at their age. Lucky for her though my order finally came back so i left.... but.. . Yup you guessed it... the order was wrong again... even more wrong than the...
Read moreThe only person that was willing to help anybody in that location today was the gentleman he had tattoos up his arms. However it was very hard for him to clean up the mess that the two ladies left him The two ladies had glasses they were extremely rude to me they had no idea what orders were what or what was going where for DoorDash they made it extremely hard for me as a doordash driver. They told me it was going to take a while for my order to be complete when at that moment they had absolutely no cars in the drive-thru and they had no customers in their lobby. The guy with the tattoos had literally walked in after I had been standing there for 10 minutes. He made everything right but it doesn't excuse their behavior. 5 minutes into me standing there there was an elderly man that came up and he really needed their help too they ignored him. Shame on you ladies I do not know their names because I refuse to talk to anybody to even ask them especially after how rude they were to me but they both were wearing glasses One was elderly and one was mid-aged. The only good thing about that restaurant this morning was the gentleman with the tattoos on his arms. It seemed to me that they didn't want to prepare the orders for doordash they literally waited for other employees to walk in . The man w the tats made it better but I'm still giving a one star b c thesetwo ladies ruined it for everyone at that...
