One of the most disgusting transactions I've ever witnessed. my wife just lost her father, and I too lost a good father-in-law, one of the best. we needed to replace his old appliances, we paid cash for the stove, and we wanted to wait on the dishwasher, because of all the funeral expenses we've incurred. but they said we can do same as cash. Bridget said repeatedly "we can do same as cash" no extra fees just a $50 application fee. so we said okay I asked her two times in front of her husband in front of the cameras is there any early payoff fees, and she said no it's same as cash 90 days so then "she accidentally" so she says entered 499.00 when the dishwasher was only 429.00 so now we've incurred more taxes and more fees and she said oops I made a mistake and "I said well change it" she said I can't and she said how about we give you $70 cash back?which already smelled fishy to me that night I told my wife something's not right I don't like the way they entered the wrong number when she was sharp on all the numbers all day. she entered those numbers wrong because they get more money on taxes and fees and now the finance company will not let me out of something that I would have paid cash for after I repeated many times I can just pay cash. they are scandalous I knew it as soon as I left there when she entered 499 instead of 4.29 I told my wife that night over prayer something's not right the fact that they befriended us knowing we're in a grieving and mourning state is super disturbing to me don't ever go there you're going to get ripped off they're going to look at you as someone they can take advantage of which is what they did to us I mean this from the bottom of my heart how dare you take advantage of a...

We went in to purchase a washing machine after getting a brand new front loader from Home Depot that had a bad keypad from day one. I was not at all trusting that a washer operated with computers was going to function properly or last. The couple we dealt with at 1st Choice was very nice, but the Mrs. recognized how unhappy I looked and we had a chat. When I told her I preferred an old school washer without computer chips that would last 20+ years… she let me know what she’d prefer, understood my issues totally and had just what I wanted. I ended up buying a Speed Queen top loading washer without anything computerized in it. They cost quite a bit more but they have been made in the USA over 110 years, have a great warranty and tend to last 20+ years! Totally worth it! My husband and I left with smiles on our faces and the following day we had our washer. We really enjoyed her personality and her honesty. I went in knowing I wanted to buy a Speed Queen washer and dryer. The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. Shel helped me find what I needed and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. The crew loaded both appliances into my truck and secured them in for added precaution. I left feeling very satisfied with my purchase and was reassured multiple times I could call with any issues, which I ended up having! We installed the dryer cord ourselves and it kept tripping the breaker. I called the office to see if they could help me out and the issue was resolved immediately.
