Euphoria Salon & Day Spa — Attraction in Conway

Would absolutely recommend!! I came to Alicia for a cut and color correction after getting the WORST hack job at a different salon. And first i want to say she is so kindhearted and empathetic she gave me a hug for the nightmare whack job ive been through and then she actually LISTENED to me and what I was looking for, took the time with me to go over all my options, and just made me feel like what i want DOES actually matter. She is just so incredible at what she does!!! And takes pride in her work. She fixed the horrble "helmet head" cut I was given and made it look like what I was acutally going for in the first place and the color is just absolutely superb!!! Everytime i look in the mirror i just get giddy at the beauty of the color it is 😍😍 it is exactly what i was looking for but better!!! I would rank this salon 100 stars if I could because of her. YALL I GOT COMPLEMENTS FROM STRANGERS ON MY HAIR NOT EVEN ONE HOUR AFTER I LEFT!!! That says everything. Also my mom who came with me for support to this appt was so impressed she made an appt with her before we left! I went in this morning to get a haircut and had a MUCH better experience. I was seen almost immediately and offered a nice drink. John, who was the man that took care of me today was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job on my hair. It took a while for me to try this place again, but I am glad I did. I will definitely be going back to see John!

I was really disappointed. As a working mom, I don't get a lot of free time. I decided to treat myself to a haircut. Just enjoy an hour out for myself. It was anything but that. My appointment was for 2:30pm and at 3:30pm the stylist was STILL on their previous client. Who did not seem all too happy. The stylist seemed to be struggling with what they were doing and kept having to get help from the other stylists which made me quite nervous. If you're anything like me you want to feel like your stylist is confident and knows what they are doing. This was not the case. The girl up front seemed really apologetic but still there was nothing to right the situation. Even if I had rescheduled it was never at a time I was available. I honestly did not have a very good experience with my most recent massage here. I waited thirty minutes past my appointment for my prenatal massage and was about to walk out when I got called back. I arrived ten minutes early to my appointment and was told to wait 8 more minutes for my appointment which turned into half an hour. I didn’t get the impression that the massage therapist was told that I was even there until the front girls finally realized I was still waiting. I was really looking forward to the massage because I am 39 weeks pregnant but the lack of communication between the staff and myself soured my experience. I was irritable going into the massage because I didn’t know how thirty minutes of my session being gone would effect the hour massage I wanted. I ended up getting pretty close to an hour in the end, but no one made an effort to tell me this going in. Furthermore, the last 20 minutes of my massage were interrupted by staff or clients talking loudly in the next room over from us- which is clearly marked on all of the doors to try to stay quiet for guests. I usually really enjoy my massages here, but it will be a while before I pay $70 for another one after this...
